Bought this Forklift for our grandson, he drove it for a day, and it no longer will work. We tried calling the company, they said they will get back to us, it never happened. We are returning it and have a very disappointed grandson. We will be replacing it with one that has customer service.

Hover Forklift for Kids-My First Forklift This child's forklift is completely operational, and they included a pallet that can be lifted up and down. The forklift has a steering wheel, pedal, and gears for a real-life experience. The forklift can be driven by your child or by remote. The remote has the horn, music, speed, forward and backwards, and right and left. The remote can also be paired to lift the forklift and do small jobs such as lifting things under 10 pounds. I gave my son small jobs to do, like moving several broken-down boxes from one location to another. The forklift can reach a top speed of 3 mph. It can also be driven 3 miles in distance before needing to be charged again. A USB cable is included for charging. As far as the assembly, if you don't have little ones constantly interrupting you then it should only take 45 mins to an hour. The wonderful thing is all the screws are pre-drilled, so you just need to follow the diagram and its pretty straight forward from there. It is VERY EXPENSIVE, I'm not sure that the forklift is worth all that money, however, my kids LOVE IT and its unique and not something that you see every child having. If you can get past the price, it is excellent. I will update if anything changes. Tips: Always strap your child in with the seatbelt. If your child is nervous, you can control with the forklift with the remote until they grow more confident. This is an amazing kids toy -- wish I had one when I was young. Some random things: * It looks amazing. * Sounds are amazing, on startup it has motor sounds, if you go to move the forks up you hear the engine idle up -- it's amazing. There is also a radio with changeable channels (not really a radio, but songs built in). * The forks -- it can pick things up! They don't go very high, and going down hills they can get stuck into the ground and cause some issues -- but it's a little working fork lift that can pick up things! Amazing. * The back storage area lid is poorly designed, too thin of plastic or something, it never wants to move up unless you bend it. * Remote is great, allows someone else to drive it. Overall, this is an amazing toy, and the forks and sounds put it way over the top. ... show more

    • Asurion Insurance is terrible
Came damaged. Don’t bother getting asurion insurance because they have no idea what they are doing there. We had a tear in the seat and the panel with the light didn’t work. I was not able to take the panel off after installing so I only sent the west in. They called when the seat was “repaired” and said that was done along with the panel but we did not send In the panel so they lied about fixing it. Rude customer service ... show more

The seat was mashed up during the manufacturing process … the company refused to provide a replacement seat … never buy from this dishonest company ever!!!!

    • This thing is amazing!
The media could not be loaded. My 2.5 year old was sooooo excited to see this box sitting in the driveway, so I immediately begun putting it together. And although it had already been a long day of work, and daycare for him we got to work, It didn't take too long, and the directions were pretty good, a few snags here and there, but all and all it was a pretty good experience. NOW for the fun part! My little one was quite nervous to press the gas pedal on his golfcart so the fact that this came with a remote was perfect. I could do all the same controls he could do within the forklift. The lift actually goes up and down, the forklift moves back and forth and has excellent brakes and then to top it all off, it has a sweet music selection and real life starting noises and backing up noises and it even lights up. I don't know a kid that wouldn't love this. I'd give it 6 stars if I could! Such a cool product!! ... show more
