Beautiful sink, worst customer service!! I spoke with VR who passed me off to warranty dept that never emailed me back. 1 day later I called VR again and she told me to just deal with Amazon it wasn’t there problem,.. even though the website and the paper enclosed in sink says to contact them directly if there is an defect. This sink is gorgeous! Biscuit color is not tan at all - a nice off-white color. Shipping is tricky as it is 120# fragile sink. Two tries and mine arrived in one piece. Can't wait until this sink is in my kitchen!!
