Raw rubber wood creates a collapsible frame that folds up to fit behind a door or in a closet, keeping the hamper out of the way when empty. The poly Cotton canvas bag is cream colored, with a drape lid that lays over the top of the hamper to hide what is inside. The bag hooks onto the frame with fabric loops, and attaches even more securely with hook and loop fasteners. The removable bag is machine washable with like colors (line dry), making it easy to haul dirty laundry out of the hamper (bag and all), and then wash everything (bag included!). the unfinished frame can be stained or painted to match your space, making this simple hamper a versatile addition to your laundry routine. I needed a laundry bin for my nursery that could be easily washed and wasn’t ugly, this is perfect! The cover shrank the smallest amount in the wash but I’m sure most people wouldn’t notice! It looks great in her nursery and I love it! Getting 2 more for my husband and I!

I like this hamper for sooo many reasons. I'll make you a list! A minor detraction is at the end. 1) The frame allows for the hamper to be flattened down and easily picked up and moved when empty. It allows for insertion into small spaces that nicely hide said hamper. It's VERY lightweight (I would not call it sturdy if that is what you are looking for). 2) The bags are easily washable. 3) The bags are easy to attach and unattach at the top of the frame. I do not attach the bottoms (though you can, you really don't need to). 4) With the frame being open, I simply let the bag loose at the top and pull the bag out of the side, NO HEAVY LIFTING of the bag up out of the frame (not connecting the bottom of the bag to the frame helps with this). The bag doesn't get caught and pull the hamper all over. The laundry doesn't spill out....just pull it right out of the side! 5) Having the dual compartments has gotten my kids to start sorting their laundry! Having my 7 year old son ask on the way up for his shower if his sweatshirt is cotton or dri-fit makes my day. I just pull the dri-fit bag and dump it straight into the washer - no sort on that one necessary. I don't have a big enough space for a 3 compartment one, or I would have gone there for my cottons and sorted no more ever! Detraction - Extra bags don't work as well as the original bags because they can't be velcroed on without some work and additional velcro. I started putting my spare bags inside the originals and rotating, but I don't really like that system. I'm still thinking on how to work it better without having to buy a new set of replacement bags. ... show more

My main issue is that the rods are too big for the holes, but if your fine with sanding the rods down a little, then sure. It’s fine. We use it to hold our kids stuffed animals. It’s not super sturdy but it usually sits undisturbed. So… for looks, it’s definitely cute. Idk. Weigh your options. 🤷🏻♀️ I wouldn’t want to have to use it every day. ... show more

I really wanted to like this as it was exactly what I was looking for! But....bought one and had to return it. I opted for a replacement and had to return the second for the same reason. The issue with both of them was the hardware that was inserted into the end caps kept breaking in transit! I would dump out the pieces to assemble the frames and there would be pieces of shattered internal threads. The whole thing also didn't feel very sturdy and the way that the bags attached to the frame meant that it was a task to use them to actually transport laundry. I think it's better suited to someone who would leave the bags attached and remove the dirty laundry manually to transport to washing area. I really wanted to like it, but there were just too many issues to make it worthwhile for me. ... show more

These are super cute and simple. They serve their purpose well enough. Although they are on the cheap side. I broke a few things during assembly just by hand tightening and then at one point my foot kicked the floor spindle and broke that as I leaned in to pull out my laundry.
