Great house warming gift!

I got the YOUNTASY Wind Chimes- New Home as a future housewarming gift for someone building a house next fall. Not only does the design have a country influence to match her style, but the delicate sound it creates will be relaxing and calm the mind. I imagine us sitting on her porch, sipping coffee and listening to the soft, deep sounds it will make. The wood and the aluminum craftsmanship of these wind chimes is very good. The attention to detail is shown in the wooden clappers and 6 chimes, their thickness and width contributing to the deep tones. It has a protective coating on the wood and the imprint design. A black button moved up or down allows for different tones. It can also be muted by moving the black button way up. The overall size is about 34” long with a bronze hook for hanging on your back porch or at your front door. For a new home or housewarming celebration, this symbol of harmony and new beginnings will be appreciated. It comes beautifully packaged with a card, all suitable for gift giving.

The media could not be loaded. I was pretty excited about this chime saying it has deep tones, I’ve always wanted one of the deeper ones. While this chime is deeper than the very small ones, it still isn’t as deep as I hoped for. But it does make a great sound, and it's not annoying or sharp or anything. I’ve added a video of it in action so you can hear it. It is well made with nice solid wood and perfect metal cylinders. It came ready to go, no assembly required. I think it would definitely make a great housewarming gift, or one for really any occasion. The sound is comforting and makes me feel at home.

This wind-chime is a combination of metal and wood. The wood pieces have rounded edges and corners with a low shine finish on them, giving the item the quality look of nicely finished wood, The metal rods have plastic over each to prevent scratching in transit. The wind-chime comes in a sturdy box with a gift card: ready for your personal touch and gifting. We were very impressed with wind-chime and expect to order more for gift giving.

The chime is nice. It was mailed only in the gift box with the mailing label affixed to it and a large twisted piece of tape ensuring closure along the side. Have to pull the tape off which lends to more damaging of the box. The box is very nice and fits the chime. A nice gift card is included. However, it is useless to give the chime as a gift in this box as it looks awful. I Feel the company defeated their purpose of advertising this as a housewarming gift shown in a nice box. I think it will not be as nice in a gift bag or odd fitting box. I would expect at least a plastic cover over the box with the label on it when its shipped. Trying to see if the company could send a box or another replacement chime packaged appropriately. Not finding a way to request this. Also I need the chime soon. Looking at other chimes. If you don't care about the gift box, this is a nice chime.

The media could not be loaded. This is a lovely set of windchimes. The tone is quite mellow and relaxing. I hung it up in my home for now, since it's winter and we're not sitting outside. I ring them when I walk by. They are quite well-made. This would make a lovely housewarming gift, but not all people like windchimes, so I'd want to give it to someone that I know would appreciate it. I personally love the lower sound these chimes make.
