However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as I opened the package to find a messy, leaking bottle. First and foremost, let me make it clear that I am a big fan of the Hourglass foundation itself. It offers great coverage, a flawless finish, and it's a staple in my daily beauty routine. So, when I decided to order it online, I had high hopes for a smooth and satisfying experience. What frustrated me even more was that I had to go through the hassle of returning the product. It's frustrating to deal with returns and exchanges, especially when you're excited about a product you genuinely love. I was hoping to receive a pristine, untouched bottle that I could put to use immediately, but instead, I ended up spending extra time and effort on resolving this issue. I understand that accidents happen during shipping, but I didn't anticipate such a problem with a high-end brand like Hourglass. The bottle itself is glass, and didn't break but something leaked in the cap. I would expect it to be packaged with extra care to prevent any potential damage or leakage. In the end, this experience left me not only disappointed but also questioning whether I'd order this Hourglass product online in the future. I hope they takes the necessary steps to ensure the safe and secure packaging of their products in the future to avoid similar situations.
