Slow material, some holes slow down car
Material is more plastic instead of the classic satin rubber/plastic. It seems to cause slow downs. The holes on the straight track seem fine. The ones on the turn do seem to be in the wheel path. The biggest culprit for slow down is the connector holes. I have no idea why there is even a hole for the connecters. I would not recommend this turn kit.

Do not purchase for free rolling fun.
Do not buy these if you are actually wanting to make a track that hot wheels can go down with any speed. There is no bank to these and the turn is very abrupt. I grew up with inclines that you slid into the back of the flexible track to make a bank curve. That worked way better and I can't find any of those. Might have to pay someone to 3D print me some. Back to the purchase however, I am not sure why the straight pieces are of the hard plastic but I prefer the flex straight track so I can make inclines or declines when I want. The hard rack doesn't have any multifunctionality to it. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it is durable. Also, it is what it said it is.

Just ok
As others mention this is not good for boosters and continuous running tacks. The hols in the bottom do slow the track down and should have not bought this. My kid and I were disappointed with the track performance.

Durable and nice, but slow.
It’s pretty good but the holes in the bottom of the tracks slow the cars down considerably.

Kind of rigid and bumpy ride.
I bought some straight orange tracks and they were a big hit with my 2 year old for his cars. My 9 year old who also enjoys them wished for some curve tracks so I bought these. They are ok but the cars don’t drive smoothly over the hard stiffer plastic of these. They are weirdly not smooth to roll over. If you set the curves up with just the right amount of gravity they do work but if not of course the cars just fly off. The straight tracks are nothing special and inferior in my opinion to the smooth orange tracks we already own. The car that came with them is a nice one that my kids like. I thought these Tracks would add more play value to our track but the kids mostly like the smooth orange straight tracks after all. I do like the connectors that came with these though. They snap in nicely and are easier to manage than the older style connectors that came with the straight tracks. If I were to go back in time I would’ve opted for a loop or something instead of this.

Disappointed it doesn’t bring the gravity boosters
I purchased this kit for the turns but it doesn’t work as well as it should without the gravity boosters. We’re having to put stuff under the track to keep the cars going. But other than that they are good quality

Excellent for 4yr old who loves to build tracks for his cars!
Our 4yr old son is obsessed with cars and car tracks, building “cities” bigger and better. This was a great addition to his latest city and ,at 4 years old, he is able to build, take apart, and rebuild on his own!! Love the bright colors, strong connector pieces, and the pamphlet that provided more ideas!

Nice track
Son loves having turns for his tracks. Higher edges keep cars on the track better. Design is more rigid than regular track.
