This Hot Wheels track set is amazing! It’s easy to assemble, and the pieces fit together securely, making for a smooth, exciting race every time. The track design includes plenty of loops, jumps, and twists, which keep the kids entertained for hours. The cars zip through the course at high speeds, and the launchers work well to give them an extra boost. One thing I love is that it’s expandable, so we can add other Hot Wheels track pieces to make even bigger and more complex setups. The only slight downside is that the track can sometimes come apart if bumped hard, but overall it’s sturdy enough for everyday play. I bought this as a birthday present for my son, and quite honestly he thinks this is one of the best ones he’s gotten. He plays for hours with this. Even fun for dad to join in too! I have read other reviews about this complaining about the D sized batteries it takes. There’s a reason for that. If it used AA’s you’d be eating through batteries, and complaining about that instead. The D’s I have been using in this toy have been blasting cars off for hours, and are still going. Another point. Not all hotwheels cars work well with this track. My old ones I had when I was a kid I gave to my son seem to be too heavy. The newer ones that are my sons seem to work better. Not all cars work the greatest, and that’s OK, it’s not the end of the world. Finally, yes sometimes the cars launch off the track. If you sit in the right spot (in front of the launcher, it’s not a problem.

This this is awesome. I love it and my kid loves it lol only cars it doesn't work on are roadsters and oddly shaped cars. Other than that we even got some big vehicles like his bus going a couple times. Super fun. Totally worth the money at 50 and below.

It was fairly easy to assemble, but be aware it uses 4 D batteries, I know some boosters only require 2. Best bet is to get a rechargeable Lithium D battery set for about 20 bucks. Thats what Im using and the charge lasts pretty long considering. Not all cars work great on this track, there are a lot of turns and they need to keep speed up to make the little jumps as well, but most of the hotwheels cars do just fine. Ones with longer bodies dont do the turns as well. The chaos of running multiple cars on this track is great. The cars jumping across the little gaps and possibly crashing into the cars being launched up is my sons favorite part. It is taller than it is wide which makes it easier to keep assembled and off in a corner rather than having to take it apart all the time. If space is a concern, this set is better than the wider tracks. Overall 5 stars for this. One of the best working and designed tracks Ive bought. Only thing to compain about is that cars dont really enter it well on the entry ramp, there is a weird bump there instead of a smooth transition, so if you like to hook up multiple sets, this one is not ideal.

When my daughter asked for hot wheels cars for christmas, I wanted to add some sort of track to run them on. This is a lot of track for the money. I didn't think assembly was too bad; the instructions were quite clear. However, it's tempting to disassemble as the assembled unit is pretty big, and I don't know if you'll be able to get the pieces apart without breaking some of the plastic tabs. I wouldn't call it easily disassembled. Cons: it's relatively noisy. Only about 40% of the hot wheels cars we tried on it worked fairly well, and even some of those were marginal. It's hard to get more than one or two cars going at once; the inertia of the cars ends up bogging down the drive wheels. Pros: The kids love it. Every kid that's been over since we got it has found it and played with it. I've heard complaints on battery life, but so far I haven't had to change the batteries since Christmas. It hasn't had that much runtime; my kid also likes playing with it with the electronics turned off. Overall, I woudn't necessarily buy this again, having owned it once. I think the kids probably would have enjoyed a non-motorized, more inclusive play track of some kind at least as much as they like this. But for what it is, it's decent.

It was easy to assemble for someone with more than half a brain cell. If you only have half a brain cell , this might be difficult for you. Aka my husband. However I was able to put it together with ease and its fun for the whole family , even the cats who keep knocking the cars off and making the kids upset. The only downfall is that the battery life is super short

Not a lot of toys keep my kids busy anymore but this did. It was easy to put together and it's holding up just fine. Does need 4 D batteries. Batteries are not included like some toys now days. They had a blast with it. It's true to size. It's as tall as my 2 year old Lol 😆 if your kids love hotwheels it's a great gift with the pack of 50 hotwheels you can also get on Amazon.
