The box does not have a seal. So I have no idea if some guy in the warehouse may have done the deed using it and put it back in the box. There were some white powder like spots on the outer surface of the device.

The initial product arrived and the outer vibration area did not function with the remote. Cheryl at customer support answered my email promptly and arranged for another remote. It arrived within 48 hours, but unfortunately did not solve the issue. Cheryl arranged for the entire unit to be replaced and it also arrived within 48 hours. This unit works 100% as advertised. I have this same toy and had it for almost 2 years. It's starting to slow down a lot so I bought a new one. The new one worked great and the engine was working a lot faster than my older one...That was on the first use. The second use it shut off after 3 minutes, sometimes less. You can turn it back on but it shuts off at high speed after a minute or two. This is NOT a charging issue. This is NOT my first rodeo with this same toy I had for almost 2 years. For the record that older one never shut off randomly. I've heard a lot of people having this same issue with this costly little bugger. UPDATE...My broken unit was replaced with a new one at NO cost. I've had this toy now for six months and it works fine.

I gave this a 2 star review because it works and is made of good quality, but is missing functionality, and most definitely convenience. It is a bit heavy so it doesn’t really work without it being held in place, and it’s a silicone like material so as you can imagine, if it is wet or has any sort of lube on it, it is very slippery. While it is waterproof, you can just clean under sink water, it is just a little more work than we would wish it would be to clean. If you are someone who doesn’t mind taking some time before and after to set up and to clean up, then this is probably great for you. We just felt it was too much of a hassle, and we would rather go without or with something else!

I haven't had a chance to try this one out with a partner yet, but for solo play, it's awesome. With some tighty whiteys to hold it in place, it can even provide hands free entertainment. The charge seems to last a reasonable amount of time as well, and cleanup is easy because the unit is sealed. Downsides: the first one I bought died mysteriously, and since it is sealed, I couldn't get it apart without breaking it, so no clue what the cause of death was. Also, for such an expensive toy, you'd think it would come with some freakin' care-and-feeding instructions. I had to figure out how to charge it completely by guesswork - it's not super hard, but the charging connector and contacts are shaped to suggest they ought to connect only one way while not preventing you from connecting the opposite way, or even shorting across the contacts. For all I know, that's what killed the first one. Still, if you've got the cash, and you've got a penis or a partner who has one, I highly recommend this gadget.
