This body cover has an excellent paint and very sturdy. If you have this truck then it will be awesome. As for my experience I searched for 1/10 scale body shell and this was in the first search results WITHOUT dimensions. Three other comparable were true 1/10 scale (see photo of true 1/10). I took the risk because the shell looks great and decided to keep it for future rc trucks that I will own. So do your research and find your model number.     • Does NOT fit the Savage XS
Unlike what some have mentioned this does not fit the Savage XS. Unless you don't mind busting your shock caps on a rollover, this body will not work.

    • It's a 1/16 scale body. Fits a latraxx rally very well.
Don't waist your time unless it's for a 1/16th scale. You do these vendors mislead. If they said the actual size it would be a very different review.

Shipping was decent. It is a perfect fit replacing the original I cracked when I crashed the truck into a car... oops. The bed is an upgraded design that my son thinks is cooler than the original.

    • Little short on the pin holes
A little tight on a 1:12 scale, have to add back holes by the bed to get cotter pin holders through, and trim a little around the back shocks, but it’s a nice shell all in all.

    • Fits Savage XS, seems durable
For those wondering, as I did, yes, this does fit HPI Savage XS Flux. That is with the help of a Dremel or drill to make new holes. The body itself is made of thicker plastic than the stock xs body, and seems very durable, though I haven't run it yet. It just barely fits lengthwise, and I would raise you body posts so the bed of the truck body doesn't damage the antenna or esc. ... show more

The bodies of these cars are pretty good for the price. Ours got pretty scratched up because my son plays with it outside most of the time. Since they are s I cheap to buy though I feel like we can let him actually have fun with it and not worry about him hurting it because the replacement parts aren't super expensive! ... show more
