One of the shelves arrived broken; 3 out of 4 screws were missing, some parts were bent, etc. as you can see in the attached photos. It looks as though it is a returned item. I didn't request a refund or replacement, however, because it was not too difficult to fix the problemㄴ on my own. I didn't want to spend too much time on this thing. That said, the quality of the product is not bad. It's made out of laminated MDF, instead of real wood, but still very light and durable. Great buy. So cute in person. This is corny but the packaging was impressive. The fit inside each other so neatly. Knowing that does absolutely nothing for its actual use in a space, but for some reason when I saw that I was sure that the manufacturer cared about this product. I instantly felt like this was a good buy. I get a lot of compliments on this item. I currently use them in my office as display shelves. I will be purchasing more for my bathroom. I think it will be a cute way to maximize the space. I have the smallest bathroom known to man. I wanted some simple/clean lines farmhouse looking wall mounts for storage in my bathroom. I have a smaller master bath so these were actually just right for it.
