I love these coffee mugs. They are so lightweight and easy to carry when full. I have found that as the arthritis gets worse in my hands its getting more difficult to carry my fiesta ware and ceramic coffee mugs. I was hesitant, I've owned a string of expensive European twin wall beverage glasses that broke very quickly. What a pleasant surprise! these are so amazing! A REAL mug size! 15oz! Twin wall design that IS NOT FRAGILE like an eggshell. The walls are thick, Borosilicate glass is very strong.

We like to make pour over coffee, but sometimes we like to do lattes with foamy milk and coffee. I like it on the warm side, so we got these to keep it from cooling off too fast. BOX The box that these come in is tough enough that it can be used to store the mugs in when not in use or traveling. That is a good feature to know about. Sometimes boxes are not sturdy and you have to find alternate storage. SIZE These are plenty big enough for a latte which is what we wanted them for. They are also great for London Fog Tea. SHAPE The shape is pretty nice, but the handle is not quite as comfortable as I was hoping for. It is okay, but not as easy to hold as some handles of a more rounded upward shape. Still they are not too bad and easy enough to drink out of other than the handle shape being just a little awkward. HEAT These keep coffee or tea hot a lot longer than just a ceramic mug does. They seem fragile or thin at first, but they seem to hold up well if you are careful not to drop them. They are lightweight and easy to manuver for drinking even when full. THE BOTTOM LINE These are a great size and we enjoy them for having lattes or London Fog Tea MY RATING FOUR STARS. I took a star off for the handle but honestly, many people might not find that to be an issue. I would not clean these by putting in the dishwasher due to the plug on the bottom which is part of the glass blowing process. They are easy enough to clean that you won't need to use a dishwasher.
