Super easy install. The pictures with the item don’t show it but it also come with the two brackets that attach the bumper to the frame. We’ll see if it’s strong enough for a winch.

Super easy to install, instructions are a little vague especially since you have to trim your fenders a few inches so that the bumper will wrap around the front completely. But overall for the price its worth it, very sturdy mounts and the hardware was perfect the only improvement I would suggest is better instructions and maybe slightly thicker top layer of metal on the bumper. ... show more

    • Just put it on today. Great looks. Bright lights.
Took me and a friend about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to take the old bumper off and put this one on. Lights are really bright and it seems sturdy. Haven’t installed a winch yet.

Amazing, nicely built, very and strong thick material that thing is sturdy as hell, only thing is that it isn’t close to the side where it meet the body completely but it’s alright we made plates to make it look flush 100% recommend

    • Junk do not buy.
Bumper is junk looked nice until I used it 1 time. The bumper isn't sturdy. Mine is bent badly at the brackets and the actual bumper itself.

Had to drill mounts so it tucked under the fenders more, definitely not necessary just gave a cleaner look. overall was really easy and for a cheaper bumper would highly recommend it, will be getting a second one for the other XJ. (if you are wondering it is a 1999 and fit fine)

I liked how easy this was to install. The best part about it is all the hardware you need is included. Did have to cut the side fender in order to have the bumper close to the grill. I was not OK with a half inch gap or more. Are super happy with the outcome. Wish I did not have to use the original bumper nuts only because they’re truly not nuts they are very flimsy and one of them was split. Which sent us to the hardware store to find one that fit ... show more
