Simply spread it out on your mattress like a regular fitted sheet, snap the grounding connection cord onto the metal stud on the side of the sheet, and plug the other end of the cord into the grounding jack of a wall outlet. When any of your skin is in contact, you will then be directly connected to the earth, providing grounding benefits.
  • WASH INSTRUCTIONS: To wash the grounding sheet, we recommend washing it by itself using cold water and a gentle, natural detergent. If possible, tumble dry on low heat setting or hang to dry in order to preserve the life of the silver fiber fabric as long as possible, ensuring conductivity for many nights to come!

Just WOW!! Where do I begin...my 1st night using this sheet was amazing. I slept great and woke up feeling rejuvenated and energized. Like I woke up and was ready to start my day no coffee needed. I didn't lay in the bed tired and needed a few more mins. I've been using this grounding sheet for a week now and every morning I'm up at 6:30 am ready to tackle the world. The results has been the same even when i go to bed after midnight. The material is fine considering you have silver built in it. I tested the ground of these baby sheets with a volt meter and can confirm they are grounded from head to toe. Texture is on the rough side which I personally like, and my children haven't complained, so that's a win there. I also tested for lead, none on my sheets or the children's! Great product.

I would not recommend paying the overly high price for these sheets. As one who struggles with sleep and gave these an honest try, I can tell you they definitely do not work. My guess is that the people who say it does are experiencing more of a placebo effect than anything. The idea that you can "plug in" a set of silver-threaded sheets and you will somehow sleep better is exactly what it sounds like - pure nonsense. For good measure, I also tried sheets and a grounding pad from another company, Grounding Well, which also did not work. Folks, you cannot plug in sheets and sleep better. That's not a thing, or this would have revolutionized the sleep world long ago and everyone and their cousin would be using them. ... show more

I can’t believe I actually liked these! I sleep so great with these sheets! We travel often and I can tell a difference in my sleep quality with and without the sheets. I have an Oura ring that tracks my sleep and you can see that I toss and turn more without the sheets. Also when I sleep on these it takes less time to fall asleep and I spend more time in deep / rem sleep. Even if it’s only the placebo effect, I’ll take it! ... show more

Wife and I used a Groundingwell bedsheet. (It sits on top of a normal fitted sheet and covers the lower third; you put your calves/feet on it). We love it, so we tried one of these full fitted ones from Hooga. Granted, this fitted sheet is very well constructed (but a little too coarse). I tested the grounding with both a multimeter and the Hooga conductive tester. (I have several grounding products and know what I'm doing.) This sheet tested OK, but we don't sleep well with it. So, we went back to our partial sheet from Groundingwell and that deep sleep returned. I really wanted this Hooga to work, but we both slept terribly even though it tests positive. Maybe this sheet is too thick. I don't know. I still believe Hooga is a great manufacturer. This just didn't give us the same deep sleep that the other one did. ... show more
