Fantastic set of rudder pedals. Heavy duty plastic housing with pedals and internals that are all metal. The pedals are fully adjustable and can be used on the floor or mounted on a platform. They have rubber pads on the bottom for use on smooth floors and pads that can be reversed with spikes for use on carpet Great input feel and very precise to fly with. I have them set up on the floor for now but will eventually use them in a flight sim cockpit build. Very close look and feel to what you would find in most general aviation airplanes. I am using them with the Condor 3 soaring simulator as a training tool for actual flight. Much more affordable than the Thrustmasters will similar build quality. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a higher end set of pedals for realistic flight training.

I have been holding off on my review of these rudder pedals until I could get a good amount of flight time on them. Let me start by saying that Honeycomb has had my business since I first bought the Alpha and Bravo and replaced my sytec yolk with. The products are top notch for sure but unfortunately they are made more with the desktop setup in mind. It took me over two weeks to figure out a way to make them work with my sim rig. The pedal brackets are too narrow to secure the pedals to them like my old sytec rudder was. I ended up just taking the pedal platform off my rig and used one of the brackets and two long bolts I had left over and secured it to the back of the pedal. After the drawbacks of not fitting my (and most other standard rigs, I read in the comments that it might be an issue). The rudders truly are a great addition. The toe breaks feel like you are pushing on a break that has a fluid filled piston behind them and the ground handling has become so much smoother since I switched. Another problem I noticed was that the usb-c cable that connects the rudder to my PC is right on the back so if you are using this at a table putting it up against a wall like I used to do with the sytec pedals before I got my simpit would be a definite no go. So unless honeycomb has a bracket or a sim rig in there product line up I don’t know how great of a design job they did knowing that so many of us use these products to keep our stuff safely secured to our seats. Unfortunately because of how amazing they feel and the fact that they complete the trio of products I have I might have returned them. Unfortunately they feel so good I am going to have to weld the bracket to the bottom of my rig to keep them in place a bit better. Other than the poor design issues these pedals make you feel like you a steering a real airplane on the ground and are super comfortable in the air! I love my honeycomb setup but I would love for them to make something that would make attaching them to a rig possible!

Nice and rugged rudder pedals! This is my 3rd set of rudder pedals with my last being the TPRs that I sold as I wasn't simming much at the time. The TPRs are likely superior but they're also over 2x the price. The Honeycomb pedals are very nice with a "heels on the floor" design that you'll find in most GA planes and light jets. I have carpet in my office so I have the spikes in place. Even so they tend to move around a little bit so I added a board between the pedals and my wall for some added stability. This is not a negative per say. Just how physics work! The only issue that I've had with them is that the rubber pads on the bottom have started to pull up. I'm guessing this is because they're on carpet and I tend to move them out from under my desk when not in use and they're probably sliding around. Overall they've been great and work well Pros: - Really good feel - Rugged design - Ability to change angles of pedals and pressure Cons: - Rubber feet on the bottom has peeled up - Carpet spikes still allow them to move around a bit.

Honeycomb's Charlie rudder peddles completed my already purchased Honeycomb Alpha control yoke and Bravo throttle quadrant. Like many of you, I am a Private Pilot having earned my license in 1966. For various reasons I had to put my flying on the far, far back burner after my last flight on March 25, 1973. X-Plane has kept me going since 2009, but not until I installed Honeycomb's trio did I feel like I was actually flying my Cessna 172. The Charlie rudder peddles make ground operations a breeze. The wandering from left to right, or needing to make a sharp, low speed turn only to have the aircraft stop while I add a lot of power is over. With the plane (Cessna 172) just creeping forward, I'm able to make 90 degree turns as smoothly as I remember way back when in the real 172. By the way, the angle of the peddles can be changed to closely match the aircraft you fly most often, or change the angle for each airplane you fly. It's easy to do. There is also a knob on the back of the case so you can adjust the resistance of the peddles, as well as a button to control the brightness of the red accent lighting on the front. Or, you can use the button to turn the lighting off. This afternoon, 05/23/25, I just finished building my flight sim table that will be dedicated to flying in X-Plane. I'll try to attach a photo. The wood is still bare, which will be my next project to finish it, probably a stain. I highly recommend not just the Honeycomb Charlie rudder pedals, but the Alpha and Bravo units as well.

What can I say. The Charlie pedals are just as amazing as the Alpha yoke and Bravo quadrant. I’d expect nothing less from Honeycomb. The unit is engineered very well. The rotate-able anti-slip pads for use with carpets or solid floors is a nice touch. Highly recommend.
