Our 6 year old loves it. Drives it every chance he can get. Chain tightening is a mystery but loosening the pedal bolts and pulling forward tightened it up. Chain will jump if ridden hard over rough terrain. Only happened once so far, but easy to put back on.

Was trying to find something affordable and as quality as possible. But this go cart is cheap and all plastic. Says no slip petals and tires but the tires are pretty much plastic like and the petals are def. Not ‘no-slip’! Not too hard to put together but even after putting it all together tightly, it’s pretty flimsy even for a 5 year old. The tires skid trying to ride even on a newly paved road, will only ride down a hill barely (bc the steering and break are terrible along with the way it doesn’t even barely drive) but trying to ride it on flat surface or anything else besides downhill is almost impossible bc it’s so cheaply made. Has no get up and go whatsoever, total waste of way too much $ for this go-cart!! But bc it was at Christmas, it made it really hard to try to get a return/refund, so I don’t really know what else to do, to go ab doing that since they give you such a short window to return/refund! ... show more

This was purchased for my grandkids. They are five and on the small side. The size is definitely good for them to keep growing into. My complaint is that it’s pretty rigid and hard to steer. This little go cart is so cool. Got it for my 5 years old girl and it fits her perfectly. My 9 years old is 50lbs, small for his age but still can fit on. They both love it so much. It’s fairly easy to assemble with help but if i had been by myself, it would have been a struggle. The cart is pretty sturdy. The seat is adjustable in 2 different levels to make the kids comfortable. There is also the hand breaks to make it safety for kid. The best thing is that the cart can’t go really fast so we don’t have to worry about the speed. The manufacturer make it very safe.
