I ordered this on sale to store garage items. I chose it especially because the shelf was not too wide, to allow me to park my car next to it (and be able to open the car door). It was easy to assemble and it looks great! The shelves hold a lot and feel very stable. TIP: put all four of the black plastic shelf supports on the poles per shelf before positioning the shelf on it. And, as with any shelf assembly, make sure all four plastic supports per shelf are positioned at the same height so the shelves sit straight. I'm thrilled with the quality! The instructions were easy to follow and the unit went together easily - but you need to think ahead of the construction. It is very sturdy and hold a goodly amount of things. The only quandary is that there a lot of "rings" and other pieces left over for which there is no discussion in the instructions. But it works well without them. It would have been nice if they had offered a four (4) foot width: three (3) feet is fine, but four would have been better for my needs. I would buy this again. ... show more

This is perfect for what I needed! I moved into a brand new apartment and it did not have any shelving installed over the washer and dryer. Being the first tenant in here, I did not want to install shelving or drill holes into the wall since they would likely charge me upon move out. A lot of other shelving options did not have long enough poles to place the first shelf high enough off the ground (above a washer or dryer). This product allows you to place the shelves any height you'd like by clicking in the plastic pieces and sliding the shelf over them. I am only using three shelves out of five and all are above my washer. That being said, I think the unit would feel more sturdy if the shelves and weight more evenly distributed. The way I have it set up - I only plan to put lighter items on it since it feels a bit wobbly. One other thing that I like about this unit is that the shelves do feel that they could support heavier items than some of the plastic options. I have multiple of the plastic shelving units and over the years the center has started to bow in the middle. This is a great alternative that will likely prevent that. Shipping was quick but the package was a bit damaged and had some holes in it. Luckily none of the parts were lost in transit. The installation was relatively easy - it probably took me ~20 minutes. All that being said - it works perfectly for what I needed and I ordered a second to go over the dryer. ... show more

It was easy to build. So far it seems to hold up a lot. I use it in my laundry room to keep extra house supplies. It’s a great size. I was afraid it would be too short. So far have been using it for a month and it’s holding up. I will update review if anything changes.

I love love love this thing!!! It's SO easy to put together. The first time it took me a little over an hour because I had to find the instruction video lol but the second time took 30 mins. It holds so much stuff and so much weight! I don't know what else to say about it lol it's a shelving unit! I love that I can make the shelves whatever height I want. What I don't particularly like is that the little nuggets that go into the notches to hold up the shelves are a bit flimsy. Not when the shelf is put together, but they're flimsy when putting the shelf together, and it makes putting it together a bit challenging when you don't want to count the notches. (If this was confusing, it'll make more sense when you buy it). Don't let that complaint deter you from buying it. It's not actually a big deal. The unit is still absolutely amazing. More colors would be incredible. Blue, green, red, beige, brown, purple... all that! I would want one in every room in my home lol. You absolutely should buy this. ... show more

This is the second one I have purchased, one of the shelves on this one was slightly warped but it was an easy fix. I would highly recommend this product, it has sturdy and holds a lot.
