Easy to assemble, decent customer service. My package was missing screws, called it in to customer service and received the parts about two weeks from the day it was called in. Shelf itself was fairly easy to assemble. A few helpful notes from my experience: 1. Don't tighten all the screws until all parts are in place. I had to loosen some screws to pop in the last few rods. 2. Don't put in the long rod on the bottom of the shelf until after you fit it over your toilet. I had everything assembled outside my bathroom and ended up having to remove and reattach that rod when I realized there wasn't enough space to slide the rod down behind the toilet. 3. If your toilet is in a tight space like mine. Reattaching the rod may require a coin or thin edge metal piece to tighten the screws on the bottom since you won't have space to fit you screwdriver. I used a dime and it worked perfectly. 4. There's nothing to attach the shelf to the wall, mine seemed to be a tad wobbly. Clear duct tape or packaging tape should help. I put tape over the rods in 3 spots each on the lower two shelves to affix them to the tiles against the wall. No drilling required, made it pretty steady and they're not noticeable. 5. There were no edges on the two sides of the shelves to prevent things from rolling off. I put some baskets on it to hold small items that may not have a wide enough base to sit on the wire shelf steadily. Trays should work as well. I might swap out the baskets since the color seems to be a little too bright for my tiny bathroom. White baskets will probably merge better with the wall. 6. The space between the bottom two shelves measure about 9 inches, most of my cleaner bottles are too tall to fit in there, so they're sitting on the top shelf for now. Something to keep in mind since I originally intended to use the bottom shelf for the cleaners and put a small plant on top. I purchased this item one year ago. And after one year the legs have completely rusted and parts of the top shelf have also began to rust! Horrible absolutely horrible! Don’t bother throwing your money away.

I really like this over the toilet shelf organizer. It was pretty easy to put togethet and it fits perfectly in my bathroon. Its a little flimsy but it holds all the thi gs i have on it pretty well. It looks great and itz not too bad for the price.

Guys you won’t regret it! I needed this in my life and I didn’t even know it! It’s not as fancy as the $50-60 ones but honestly look at the picture I provided it organizes and still looks incredible. The set up was easy and I’m really bad with instructions. I remember reading it’s not too stable I’ve knocked into it a few times and nothing has come tumbling down yet just a little wobble. Keep in mind that there’s one more bottom bar I should have used but the plumbing didn’t allow for it, even without it it’s still standing strong. I recommend! ... show more

So, very easy to put together, took me maybe 45 minutes, but that was while sitting on my couch the whole time and watching YouTube videos so, this could probably be put together in 20-30 minutes without distractions. I was worried it was flimsy, but as I got it together I realized it is actually sturdy. However: if your toilet is flush against the wall, as mine is, do NOT bother putting the bottom support bar on! This did affect how sturdy the shelf ended up being, but that is due to user error, not product failure. (If I had more room between the toilet, shower, and sink, I would have simply added the bottom bar after placing it over the toilet.) Still, it holds everything I need it to hold, and I'm not at all worried about it falling or collapsing. Also, it includes drywall screws, so there is always the option of securing it against the wall just in case. All in all: great product, I got it from the warehouse for $15 bucks, and it is an excellent buy! ... show more

Cute and stylish for the price, but this is definitely not a sturdy piece of furniture. Also, like other reviews mentioned, you need to keep the screws loose, because you place the final bottom bar after it is already over the toilet. You won't want to put too much on these shelves, but it's a good buy for a budget. ... show more

    • Not designed for all toilets
The bottom bar which is necessary for sturdiness runs right across where the water valve hooks to the toilet. So either one you have to leave it off and have a wobbly shelf or you have to have your shelf out from the wall to be in front of the valve so you cannot sit back comfortably on the toilet.

    • Not worth the price. Spend a little more and get a nice one. Or look for a better deal.
Product came with no instructions first of all. Was not extremely difficult to figure out after looking at the picture on the back but a bit inconvenient. First time I ended up swapping the two back pieces mistakingly and the only way you figure it out is when you get to the second to last pole ... Annoyed I had to basically take it all apart to fix that. Hmm only if the back pieces were marked on the INSTRUCTIONS. Oh wait, about that. The metal itself too is very thin and just feels cheap. I've had a cheap metal stand before and this is a grade below that. If I were you I would invest another $10 to $15 dollars in getting a nice one or looking for another product in this price range.
