My daughter is 6yo but wears size 7 in basically everything. (46lbs & 45”) For this costume, I could only choose from size small (4-6) or medium (8-10). I assumed 4-6 would be way too small so I ordered the medium for her so in case she hit a growth spurt she could still have the dress for awhile. The dress is actually way too big. My daughter has to physically hold the dress up while she walks because it’s way too long. The top part in the back is also very large so the cape just drags because it’s just Velcro. I do want to point out though that this dress is VERY NICE. Every layer of fabric is done exceptionally well with this dress. You can see and feel the quality of this dress. This dress is great. My daughter is obsessed and loves matching her Anna doll - pretty much an exact match. Surprisingly good quality for a costume which is good because I’ve had to wash it 3 times already this week because she lives in it. I am not sure why the description says leggings included. There are no leggings and the package does not say there are leggings. If you buy this, there are no leggings! The size fits my daughter well. I bought the 3T-4T for my 30 lb 37 in daughter. Dress hits the ground (I had to teach her to hold the skirt while climbing stairs, hills and her play set haha). The shoulders fall off of her a little bit and there is a little room in the waist for her to grow, which is perfectly fine. It’s hand wash only which is a little annoying but a small price to pay. While I didn’t really want to buy a $40 costume, the smile on my daughters face is priceless and she has already got her money’s worth. ... show more

It was a hit with my almost 3 year old granddaughter. Her eyes lit up so that’s what matters to me. It’s very well made and I love the crown. The sleeves were a *little* tight, and the shoulders a *little* loose. She could still move easily. This will last her a good while.

I usually just cheap out on the $20 costumes as these kiddies grow like weeds. This was the only Anna queen dress available and I reluctantly forked out $50. Best decision ever. Awesome! Great quality and is durable. I bought a 10-12 for my oversized 4year old. She had to hold the dress up as she walked but the length of the arms was perfect and the cape that draped behind her was just right. The first size we tried (forgot to take a picture of) if “true to fit” would have been perfect. My daughter could barely get it on but the quality of the material seemed good so I ordered the next size up. Not only was it WAY too big on my 7 year old...the dress design was completely crooked in the middle. I ordered this Elsa costume for my 4 year old granddaughter and she loves it! She even slept in it the first night. The costume is made well and looks great, however there are no leggings in the package. It’s the best $40 I’ve spent in a long time.
