You gotta have some muscle and thick hands to assemble this but once done it works and looks just like the photos. I have candles and plants on top and bins inside, and it’s holding up great.

I have at least 5 or six of this cube storage with 3 different colors. It’s such a stylish look and so useful. Can be installed as you wish to adjust the room or space. It couldn’t hold heavier than 11lbs or so it say, just to be on careful side, listen to it. Other than that, ah-mazzzzing! Might add few more in the future for any other storage purposes

You need a little bit of strength to make sure all the pieces are snapped together, but it’s incredibly stable and very lightweight. This unit is, in my opinion, ideal for my use of displaying stuffed animals. I'm not sure about how many heavier items would be appropriate but, overall, the unit seems rather sturdy (if properly assembled). The one shortfall is that I couldn't find, in the instructions, any information as to the proper location in which to use the zip ties. I used them in a way that seemed, to me, to be appropriate and the unit seems completely stable (at least for my use). However, after doing some additional thinking, I think that the most efficient use of the zip ties would be to tie together, at the corners, each juncture of the "side" and "top/bottom" panels right next to each of the connectors (at the corner of the panels, which are the only places where there is an opening in the panels to allow the zip ties to be used). That means that at the top, bottom and two sides of the assembled unit, 3 panels will be joined (except at the very corners of the overall unit where only two panels will be joined). At all other locations 4 panels will be joined. Doing so would use 50 of the twist ties (for the 4x4 configuration), 25 at the front connector locations and 25 at the rear connector locations. That would leave about 10 zip ties unused which could, I suppose, be used to tie some of the "back" panels together, although that doesn't seem to be very necessary once the other zip ties are properly applied. I would recommend zip tying the panels together after each level of the "bottom" and "side" panels has been completed (even before the "back" panels have been inserted). This will make insertion of the zip ties around all of the panel pieces much easier than trying to reach in after the unit has been assembled. NOTE: some kind of "clipper" (I used a small wire cutter) can be used to trim some of the zip tie end off after tightening (I would recommend leaving at least an eighth inch of the zip tie end extending beyond the "locking" point. TAKE YOUR TIME!!! make sure that each panel is fully seated in the connector. Most of the time there should be an audible "pop" when the panels are fully seated I don't think the little hammer that was supplied is very useful; I just used my hands to push the panels into place.
