It is packaged perfectly, the instructions are good, but not super clear to remove the second plastic bag. I figured it out and it was great to open it in the cover and let the foam shape inside the cover as it gets pretty large quickly. It is great quality and the cover is super soft and thick. We have an 11 yo that is on the spectrum and loves to ‘move around’. He has a difficult time sitting still. We have always wanted to get him a bean bag chair and this was a great opportunity to order one to see if it could help him be comfortable and sit still. The package came vacuum sealed and in 2 separate packages. One package was the ‘inside’ of the bean bag, filled with memory foam and the second package was the exterior corduroy cover. The inside material is durable and fluffed up instantly after opening the bag, but it took 48 hours for it to fully form. Since the inside was still compact it made getting the cover on the inside much easier. The cover closed with a round zipper on the bottom and does not hinder the comfort of the chair. The cover is also machine washable. The cover also comes with a handle and that is helpful moving the bag around without hugging it to carry it around. The size is perfect for our 11 year old and the other boy in my family, my 50+ yo husband. The chair provides great support and comfort and can be moved from room to room. Overall we are very satisfied with the product, but after continue use (and wash) if it does not continue to warrant the rating I am giving the product I will update the review with information and pictures. ... show more

Be certain you unpack this where you want it, because it's huge, heavier than expected, and awkward for a smaller person to try moving around after it's at its full size. Once opened it expands VERY quickly, like basically full size in a couple minutes, and that caught us by surprise, but not in a bad way. In fact, the moment the cover was on it there was also someone sprawling on it already. Everything about this far exceeded my hopes for it. The cover is a nice, thick material, really well made, easy to get on (or off when it is in need of a wash) and the inner bag full of the stuffing feels like it's good quality too. The stuffing is absolutely fantastic, soft enough to be really comfortable and supportive enough to be shaped. It's also completely quiet, more like a giant pillow than the noisy bean bag chairs from my own youth. Highly recommend. ... show more

This came packed tightly in a box, which I expected. Cover is nice and soft and was easy to get on. It came with directions to help avoid puncturing the bag, so pay attention. Once opened it fluffed up quick! I know it has a few hours for full potential, but I am happy so far. When not sitting on it my 16 month old grandson is almost as tall as it. Sitting in it is very comfortable. I have a bad back and could see myself sitting in it with no issues for a while. Very comfy. Can't wait to see its full height. ... show more

Everyone loves this bean bag. It is more firm than most bean bags so it is easier to crawl out of. I love the bag material as I have animals who like to lay on everything and the corduroy material stays nice and doesn't attract hair. It is on the medium side. This is the best bean bag!! It's big but not too big. It is very easy to wash and put the cover back on. The kids jump on it and it doesn't get ruined. It's a high quality bean bag. The coloring is also nice. A dark grey.
