From what I can tell right now even though I just got it it will be sturdy and comfortable it is a bit low to the floor but not so low that I cannot use it my only issue with it is that it was a bit of a pain in the ass put together even though they said it would take about 5 to 6 hours for it to expand before we could put the covering and stuff on that is not the truth as soon as we took it out of the box and took the wrapping and stuff off it immediately expanded we did not have to wait because of this getting the covering on was a pain in the butt. I need to make that part a bit easier to do especially for someone who doesn't have any physical strength.

I was hesitant on this because of lack of reviews. The box was pretty heavy. I ordered for my 13 year old for Christmas. We're only two months in, but it seems to be holding up well. It's still plush. The seams appear sturdy and well made. My 13 year old is about 5'7" and 160lbs and finds it to be a great size and supportive enough. Not lumpy, not flat. It was pretty much fully expanded overnight. No weird odor like you sometimes get with the foam stuffing. Not too terribly difficult to stuff into the cover, while we did do it together, one person could surely do it alone.

The media could not be loaded. Item exceeded my expectations. There were no reviews for me to judge whether or not to make this purchase. Seller emails you with specific instructions, prior to receiving item. Seller was more than accommodating to answer all questions with solutions after item arrived. Item fits perfectly where it is placed and feels very comfortable. Highly recommended.

This chair showed up so freaking fast, so huge good start lol. It took me a minute to get the foam pieces into the slip, but it wasn’t hard. It’s very comfortable and the length and width of it is great, im 5’8 and fit so comfy on it! I also had back surgery and i use this chair now primarily, i only wish it was higher off the ground. Really great for the price especially because it comes with the ottoman! It’s only been a few days, but I’m happy with it and feels like it’ll hold up long term.

This chair is not true charcoal gray. Is has a strong teal/green tint. I suppose lighting may affect this too. My shipping box arrived damaged and the chair cover also had damage. The vendor was easy to work with. I ordered the gray one just like this one to replace it. The vendor allowed me to receive the gray one and put the charcoal gray one back in that box to return. I did not have to pay return shipping. We really like this chair. If it doesn't fill out properly once you pack the chair, it's probably because you have the stuffing in wrong. My advice is let it expand before you put it in the cover. This allows you to better see how it needs to go in. It's a tight fit, but it will go in. I only gave this a 4 rather than 5 due to the color issue.
