Decided to use these bags to move instead of boxes. I didn’t not have a lot of things moving out of a studio apartment and I like the fact that the bags had handles. I didn’t hire movers so I wanted the move to be as easy for myself as possible. And geez was this a good idea! These bags are very durable! They’re huge and carry a LOT of things. It looks like a black duffle bag which is great. Great value. Especially since my move out day it rained. I would’ve been in trouble if I had boxes. If the boxes had gotten wet I would’ve been doomed. These bags are like 99% waterproof unless water is put directly over the zipper area. Color variety is great.

I used these to pack some of our clothing, shoes, towels and blankets when moving. The bags are very sturdy and strong. The zippers ensure that the contents will not spill out. The handles are super useful for moving these bags when they are fully packed. Much easier to use than cardboard boxes. These were a great value for the money!

I am packing up my one bedroom apartment and using these storage bags, plus some random boxes on hand, for the majority of my things. They fit a lot of things inside, and they seem like they will hold up pretty well so far. At the moment, I’ve only packed up and stored these in my closet, so I haven’t actually transported them yet, but they are relatively compact considering all they hold, and it’s easy to keep them out of the way. I think moving boxes that would fit the same amount of stuff would take up much more space. These would probably work pretty well for long-term storage too. I got the white-ish color, and you can see through them a little bit, but it is probably easier to mark on the outside in sharpie to know what is inside. There is no built-in way to ID the contents like a card pocket. It’s a vinyl-like material, so I assume a permanent marker would come off with some rubbing alcohol for future use. There are two sets of straps, one pair on the top, and two on the front and back. I wish there were some backpack-like straps as well, but these were a lower-cost option.

The zipper is another feature which makes the bags so wonderful to pack one’s items, ensuring that what is contained in the bag will remain there. We are using the bags to tote our clothing and personal items in our car. The bags, unlike cardboard cartons and plastic bins, are flexible, therefore more can be packed.

Rather than having to deal with boxes during our move, I bought these bags. The bags are a great, cost effective alternative to boxes and plastic bins, with well made zippers and solid stitching. I put clear luggage tags on each bag so that the contents were easy to identify. Once we unpacked, I used one bag to store all of the other bags. Now we use the bags to store clothes and bedding that are not being used (ie, winter clothes during the summer).
