So one of my rottweilers is scared of the vacuum in general. However when I brought this out, I had the other one be the poster child and show her what's really going on. My big boy loved the desheding nozzle that gets his undercoat and thinks he's getting extra brush and attention all over. After witnessing the big boy, my other one was willing to get this extra experience with no troubles. It's definitely a positive experience for both of them. So the vacuum isn't loud and scary, and the suction works quite well. All the components were available and easy to work with. I wasn't so much going for the grooming aspect, as I only have Rottweilers, but occasionally I do take in fosters, so the grooming nozzles might be of use eventually. I like that the canister is easy enough to remove and doesn't create dust or clutter.

My cats have been terrorized by vacuum cleaners their entire lives. When I started this machine, I expected them to run away and not return. Surprised? Oh yeah! They adore the attention and I love the results. It is surprisingly quiet even at high speed. I use 2nd speed. The machine and attachments are well-made and fully functional. BTW: The cats no longer run from the other vacuum cleaners. Hmmmm. I give this equipment my highest recommendation!

We have a boarder collie/chow mix with a very dense undercoat. All the clippers I've used before had to be fiddled with to unclog the soft undercoat fur. It was a long tedious process. This thing is amazing! Whisper quiet, cuts through that difficult coat like a knife thru butter. Clipper stays cool. And there's no mess! The silicone comb afterwards gathered up all the loose hair afterwards. Joey loves getting groomed, so the introduction time was short, I'd recommend following the guide on that. I'd give this 10 stars if I could. My wife bought is and I was afraid she spent $250 on it. I was pleased to see the 90$ price tag. Win win!!

Our groomer closed for a while, and we were distraught, as you can imagine, and did not know what to do. She was reasonably priced and our dogs liked her and she put up with all the megrims and foibles of both dog and man... so what were we supposed to do? Go to one of the big pet stores and pay a fortune? Nope! So first we moaned, and second we let our dogs' hair grow way too long. Then the summer arrived and we bought this FINE PRODUCT! Then we procrastinated, but finally we used it and it works PERFECTLY. Now, I am no good at grooming, and our mini poodle looked like someone had tried to get her ready for one of those world's ugliest dogs contests, and she was embarrassed, but she was COOLER and BEST OF ALL: No hair got all over the kitchen when we groomed her! This vacuum cleaner REALLY WORKS! Five stars. Highly recommend.

The lowest setting is a little louder than ideal. The medium and high settings are as loud as a regular vacuum. Not great for keeping the pets calm. Stability is an issue. Even on the lowest setting, the thing rattles like nobody's business. We've opened it up to make sure nothing is in there, bit I'm pretty sure it's the motor. Faulty design or maybe I got a lemon, idk. Outside of the ridiculous noise, the thing works alright. Wouldn't recommend. Just get a brush.

Love this! An incredible tool for fleas!! Sucks them up & also gets them moving from those difficult to find places, so that you can spot & pick them off! I would pay ten times what I paid for this product!! I am using the second setting & the double wire brush on my pups. I am also brushing against the fur to flush out the fleas. I left the machine on, without using it on my pups at first ( while brushing my pups, ) so that my pups could get used to the the unit & the sound. The sound is NOT like a library, as stated, there is noise, but it's not terrible. At this point ( my second use, ) my pups allow me to use the unit on the lower parts of their bodies only. We avoid our Vet's nasty chemicals, but we do use Woof Creek products, they are working well for us, but this unit is getting whats left of the fleas. I assume that I am getting flea eggs as well!! I am very pleased!!!

Used this on 2 mastiffs 2 germs shepherds and 2 Australian shepherds. They didn’t get scared or upset. Was wonderful in vacuuming all the hair. No mess.
