Great read, Ben hit the nail right on the head! As a “millennial” wanting to buy a home 4 years ago, everyone would tell me it was a huge mistake because of what happened in 2008/9. Now I regret waiting as long as I did. This book explains what everyone asks me as a current homeowner (2nd home in 4 years). For example, what happened in the recession and how to make the right choices in dealing with real estate and loans. Not everyone is out to help you out. What can I say that the others before me, haven't already? I totally concur with them and I'm looking forward to Ben's future books as well. Ben is the real thing, a man's man, walks the walk, as well as talks the talk, if that makes sense. He gives 150% all the time and I have no clue how he does it, always with a smile, and Ben never complains about anything. Ben Anderson knocks it out of the park with this home ownership book! There are other books out there about this but none give the truth and pull back the curtain like this one.
