  • Page turner
Bought this book at the retail establishment of the lead author at a Sunday event. Small town. The kinds of things we do. But I don’t read too many books. Monday night after a late dinner figured I’d read a few chapters before getting to the dishes. Make that 16. Did most of the dishes but since it was late by then and I was tired, sat down to read a bit more. This is serious revelation for customers who don’t run a business. For those who do, or plan to, the overall scheme and some particulars might spell the difference between profitability and failure. Of course there’s the high ticket price but that lets you know that Marcus is all business. ... show more

By clearly laying out what can lead businesses to failure and what can lead businesses to success, this book has taught me to identify key improvement opportunities. It gives so many key areas that you may be lacking on and is a real eye opener. I would highly recommend this book.
