I have two balloon pumps and this is the best of the two. It has plenty of pressure to blow up small and large balloons. I used the heavy duty balloons and it did great.

If you ever need to blow up a lot of balloons, you can try to blow them up with your mouth (yuck germs!) Or you can use the hand pump, and end up with one bicep freakishly larger than the other, OR you can use this pump and fly through the task! Love these. I love to do a lot around the house and always wanted a machine like this one but was skeptical. It arrived super fast (even when I am overseas) easy to use. specially love the push to inflate feature which allows me to take the time between balloons without the need to tun on and off each time. Great price and good quality.
