Stunning semi-sheer, non see through curtains
I love these curtains! I was not expecting something this high quality for the price. They are made from a silky material. They are semi-sheer, letting in probably 40-50% of the light. This was necessary for us, as we have a lot of plants that have high light requirements. However, they provide 99% privacy, unlike most semi sheer curtains that are pretty much transluscent or transparent. I turned on the lights indoors at night and walked outside to look through -- you can only see silhouettes of things less than 5 inches away from the window. If something is more than 5 inches from the window, people can't even see a silhouette, which is absolutely incredible. These are equivalent to the Lumos curtains, which can cost $250+ per pair of curtains of equivalent size. For 10% of the price of Lumos curtains, you get something equivalent that provides almost full privacy yet all the light requirements. They DO NOT require any ironing or washing; they look great right out the box. My windows are about 100 inches wide; I bought 4 pairs per window for about $17 each pair (Amazon was running a sale for the cream yellow ones). In general, you want the total width of the curtains to be around double the width of the window. For example, if your window is 100 inches, you want the sum of all the panels to be 200+ inches, which requires at least 4 54 inch curtains. If your window is only 50 inches, you just need one pair. The colour is wonderful. I personally had wanted the beige curtains but my boyfriend vetoed me and chose cream instead, which I reluctantly agreed to. My house is full of wood panelling so it's dark, and I was worried that the cream would look too starkly different from the walls. Well, he was right. The cream is the perfect colour in this room. It adds a soft and inviting feel to the home. In general, if you want to play it safe, you want the curtain colour to differ from the wall colour slightly for some subtle contrast. So, if you have cream walls, choose ivory or beige. If you have white walls, choose cream. I usually recommend against white curtains because they can look dirty easily, but that's up to you. Additionally, white curtains will filter in a colder light, which may make your home look more sterile. If you want a warm, comfortable environment, choose something with yellow or orange undertones. If you choose coloured curtains, make sure that something in your room matches with it -- like a throw blanket, wall decor or furniture piece. Don't just choose coloured curtains for the hell of it. It will look bad aesthetically. Good luck. I highly recommend these curtains; they're the only semi sheer curtains that truly offer privacy on Amazon, as what I could find. Great price. I will probably buy more.

Such a lovely curtain. Well made and still floaty enough to be a sheer, It works for privacy and letting in just enough light in the heat of the summer combined with my cellular blinds a perfect insulation. I love the cream yellow.

Just what I was looking for!
Color: White
Size: 52"W x 84"L (Pack of 2)
I purchased these HOMEIDEAS Non-See-Through White Privacy Sheer Curtains for our room, and they’ve been perfect for adding light while keeping privacy intact! You can still see shadows if they are close but you cannot make out features of the person. What I Like • The semi-sheer material lets in just the right amount of light, so the room feels bright but still private. • They’re truly non-see-through, even at night with lights on. • The quality is great—soft, lightweight, and hang to the ground BEAUTIFULLY. Final Thoughts These are exactly what I wanted for a light, airy look without sacrificing privacy. They’re stylish, high-quality, and super easy to hang. Perfect for anyone looking for sheer curtains that offer both elegance and practicality! There are days I want all the light I can get which these are perfect for, and days where I want to be in complete darkness which the blackout curtains are perfect for that.

Love love love
Color: White
Size: 52"W x 84"L (Pack of 2)
Did I impress my husband? Oh yes, I did. I never knew there was such a thing as sheers you cannot see thru, but there is and these are it. Wanted to keep my drapes open 24/7 in our den because it is dark and drab without the sunlight and I wanted a more expensive effect by adding sheers behind drapes. These are perfect! They are inexpensive, they are quality and have nicely sewn seams that are even. It is the light, airy fabric of sheers but REALLY, you cannot see thru them (even at night), yet it lets all the light in. Now I keep drapes open all day and night and husband isn't worried about pervs, walking neighbors or the unexpected person at front door seeing us run and hide.

I love these!!!! I would give it 5 stars but the second set I got had a tear right in the middle. I’m bummed I have to return and reorder. Other than that the product itself is beautiful!! They feel very nice and not cheap at all!

They seem to amplify the sunlight!
Color: White
Size: 52"W x 96"L (Pack of 2)
I LOVE THESE I have bought them for my living room and both bedrooms in bright white. The sunlight is even amplified through them. GORGEOUS! So many days I thought it was bright and sunny, but when I opened them it was an overcast day. I couldn't tell. It took a long time and a lot of testing with smartlight commands while emptying the trash at night for me to believe how they genuinely are not see through. (Alexa, turn on living room... bedroom...) lol Extremely satisfied. I have carpet and the drapes hang slightly puddled and no problem with dust or dirt. I did accidently receive two used ones that were damaged and stained. It was a one time incident, but other than that, the product and company have been stellar and I got replacements. I told my mom about these and she enjoys hers too.

BRIGHT AIRY PRIVACY
Color: White
Size: 52"W x 54"L (Pack of 2)
My two photos were taken about an hour after hanging these White HOMEIDEAS 52"W x 54"L panels. I haven't ironed them yet. Privacy level is perfectly adequate for a bedroom whose windows look onto a deck that can be busy with people. I hung these using a nearly 1" thick rod (rod is 0.9" wide with 1.3" wide end caps), purely because I prefer the look of a thicker rod here, especially since the rod pocket is a full 3 inches wide. I had started out looking for white seersucker curtain panels but just could not find them, sadly. These 100% Polyester panels provide the crisp white and airy feel I was looking for, at a fair price. 0.9" THICK ROD IN PHOTOS: "MEXAU 2 Pack White Tension Curtain Rod for Windows 28-48 inch" (ASIN: B0BWN85F32) for my 32" W windows. The only 'downside' to this product is that it came with a third optional segment that I don't need, but they don't sell a similar product for my 32 inch windows, that leaves out the third extension segment.

Nice Curtains (With Some Caveats)
Color: White
Size: 30"W x 36"L (Pack of 2)
UPDATE: After putting these curtains up in most of my windows, I have changed my review from 5 stars to 3. After ironing the panels, I noticed some puckering along the hem of some of the panels, and some of the corners were not squared off as nicely as they should have been. Also, while not the fault of the curtain, but because it is semi-sheer, the side and bottom hems are very evident when light is coming through the window, making the panel look like it has borders. All that being said, I still like the curtains. They are soft and drape very nicely and they offer nice privacy. The prominent hems are not a problem for me, because, as I said in my previous review, I turned the top casing over and used curtain rings and clips to hang the panels. All of the curtains are too long, so I let the excess drape on the windowsill, for the most part hiding the hems. I still recommend these curtains if a soft, drapey look is what you are after, but I don't know if I would recommend them for an exact fit. These are very nice curtains! The material is soft and luxurious, and they hang beautifully. I got one pair to try out, and they are on the bathroom window. They are too long, but since I was using clips, I turned the top down and let the rest of the excess drape on the sill. I love the look! We used to have blinds, but after getting new windows, I wasn't keen about the upkeep of blinds or shades or anything else I couldn't wash. We decided on curtains, and these are just what we had in mind. I've ordered more to do all the rest of our windows with these curtains. I was doubtful about the "Non-See-Through," but they truly are no see-through, at least with indirect light. (I haven't tried them out with direct light hitting a window, but I'm not concerned. If I need more coverage, I plan on layering these curtains with a blackout or lined curtain.) Very happy with my purchase!
