The frame is well made and sturdy. At such an affordable price and with such a perfect fit, who would need to spend $$$$ on custom framing. I also appreciated the hand written note and secure packing. The frame seems very stable, and the glass is thick and sturdy. The frame is deeper than average so that you can display puzzles or thicker images without a bulky large display box. My puzzle looks very nice!

I agree with the other reviews, this frame is top notch in quality and appearance. Even the cardboard box was outstanding-I kept it. Came with a nice enveloped 'appreciate your business' card. It's heavy, but comes with 3 different style hardware for hanging (2 are on the back of the frame). No spare nail from the junk drawer for this beauty. I bought an 18x20 in this order. Both my Macintosh Art Deco prints really 'pop' out of the frame and look professional. I decided to order 2 more smaller 12x16 frames to display Macintosh's flower prints. Now my whole dining room looks like an art gallery. Both the bigger frames were around $50 and the two smaller ones were $20/ea (like new). I've paid $40-50 for mediocre to junk frames. I wish this family owned business sold a wider variety of frames, I would definitely buy one of each.

This is a beautiful gold frame. I almost didn't order it because I could get a frame that size for less, but I'm so glad I bought this one. The quality is far better than other frames; it has real tempered glass (NOT plexiglass), the frame is constructed very well, and it came with a hangar for the wall. It just looks so pretty and classy.

This is really a high quality frame and matting. It came very well packaged and no damage at all. It looks great, feels very sturdy. It has multiple clasps in the back to hold picture in the frame securely with hooks to go horizontal or vertical. It also came with hangers and wire if you happen to need it. This really exceeded my expectations!! What a great frame! Very well constructed. The glass is nice and clear and the clips are super nice and durable. (Not those crappy plastic clips that break after one use) the size was spot on and it’s really a beautiful frame! It was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. We got it for a piece of art drawn by a deceased friend so we wanted a nice quality frame that didn’t cost an arm and a leg and this was perfect! Well worth the price!
