This is a high quality frame, unlike many DIY frames on the market. It's properly made - no gaps or cracks at the corners, a great weight, true glass and, the part that made me the happiest? The clips that hold the backer board are not horrible metal tabs that tear your fingers apart!! They are well thought out, bouncy press-and-twist tabs that easily swing out and in, but securely seat into the grooves. And, if you use the pre-attached sawtooth hanger, it's on a real hinge, not just a piece of metal that you bend. Yes, it's more expensive, but you get what you pay for here. I also love that this is came in 14x17, which allows you to mat an 11x13 piece - hard to find!

Ok, can you give this more than 5 stars, because it deserves it! I needed an odd size frame to fit an A3 print I did! I found this A2 matted to A3 frame and I can’t recommend this enough! I do feel like the glass is more plexiglass, but not your typical plastic plexiglass that you peel the stickers from, it’s so much better! The frame itself is indeed solid wood, I know that because the back mounts on all 4 edges and has tiny little allen key screws in it which showed me the wood underneath! That feature, BTW, professional quality in and of itself! The entire mounting system on the back in amazing! DO look for the tiny ziplock envelope as it includes the Allen wrench to get those screws out as well as the mounting hardware for the wall! Love that it came with everything you need. The mat is quality, thick and smooth bright white. The frame itself didn’t photograph well at night, but it’s a true natural light wood. Really giving me pottery barn vibes for a Squishmallow lover! I very much recommend this frame, it’s a little pricier than others in this same size, but to me seeing the quality compared to others I have purchase previously…way better and well worth the extra couple of dollars. I also LOVE being able to find odd and super hard to find sizes!

I ordered six 20” x 20” metal frames for a gallery wall. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Once I opened them I noticed there was a slight color variation on two of the frames. The package included a nice note with the owners contact information. I emailed her and she responded immediately. She sent me two new frames free of charge. They arrived in 4 days and they were a perfect match to the others. I love our frames and do appreciate the exceptional customer service. * Please note that I ordered custom mats to accommodate my photo sizes.

The frame is quality made; all clips, hardware, material do not feel cheap. It was packaged well with hard plastic pieces on all four corners and was tightly secured in its box with protective covering. The seller also included a thoughtful postcard which was a nice touch. They also included hardware to hang the frame on the wall which I wasn't expecting but was a pleasant surprise. Happy to support this small USA company and will be considering them going forward for all my framing needs.

I almost never write reviews so this really means something. This costs more than other similar frames but it was worth it. I bought the wooden Light Oak 17"x12" frame. Solid wood! Outstanding quality and construction. Amazing mitered corners with additional wooden wedged reinforcements. Never seen anything like it. I didn't need the matting up front as I needed the full 17"x12" space. The matting was no joke quality even with the small detail of a beveled inner edge. It was very well packaged to prevent any damage. Highly recommend!

I bought 33 of these frames in different sizes for a gallery show, and I couldn’t be happier with them! First of all, they came packaged very well, so that none of them showed damage of any sort. Secondly, the frames themselves look beautiful. They are a very nice quality, especially for the price! Finally, the fasteners on the back work well and the hanging hardware is much better than the wire or loop that most ready-made frames use. The director of the gallery was quite impressed with these frames, and asked me where I got them. I should also mention that these come in a greater assortment of sizes than most of the other brands I considered. I highly recommend these frames!

I wanted a simple frame for a picture that my daughter had drawn. I looked at many and decided on this one as it was real wood and very nice looking. I was not disappointed. The box it came in was sturdy with plastic corners to protect the frame. It was easy to put my picture in and the edges of the glass were smoothed so cleaning was easy. It was more costly than the cheaper frames, but well worth it! I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quality product.
