I used these a few times and they provide a great workout. They held up pretty well in the door but I noticed after only 20 minutes, the handles started to give my hands blisters. I understand that the handles need to have a certain grip to them but I've used other gym handles that worked great but didn't give me blisters like these ones. ... show more

I’m really happy with this equipment, except for its yellow and black color scheme. I’m not against those colors, but if the pink and black set had been available, I’d have gone for it. It looked so energizing. But in either case, it’s the same excellent manufacturing. I’m looking forward to working up a nice routine. I’ll start slow and small, and work my way up. I’m thrilled with this set. I do wish it came with a ceiling mount, but you can easily purchase that separately. It has everything you need for an effective workout. I am very happy with this resistance training kit. I used to have one of the "black and yellow" ones several years ago. This version is on par with that other one. It can do everything the others can do. It comes with an excellent poster of exercises that can be performed with this resistance trainer, which is super helpful. If I have to refer to an app to get exercise ideas, I am far too likely to start surfing and then stop exercising. The only reason I knocked one star off is bcz I strongly dislike pink and that is the only color that was available. Also, pink is such a light color that after repeated use, it is more likely to show the dirt. Obviously, this is my opinion and no reflection upon the quality of the device. ... show more
