Lets start with the remote it is so cheap. The heater is ok dose not put out heat like it says it will. The rocks that come with it hits the glass and makes annoying rattling noise. I took the rocks out it stopped. Haven't even had the heater 24 hours and now that is making a noise. Definitely wasn't my greatest buy ... show more

The room I have this in is around 150 sq ft. After running it for awhile and walking into the room I can feel it isn't much warmer than the rest of the house. I used an infrared thermometer and by the unit it was reading a nice warm temperature, but just a few feet away from the unit it was much cooler. After about another half hour the room was a couple of degrees warmer than when it was first turned on, but never really got higher than that. It's a neat looking fireplace and I mounted it at the suggested height but I'm not that impressed with the heat it gives off. ... show more

Great colors , easy to assemble. BAD News is IT MAKE A WEIRD NOISE WHEN THE HEAT IS TURNED ON. U ALSO DONT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL THE ROCKS IT CAME WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS. NONE ON UTUBE FOR ROCK INSTALL.
