Easy to put together..nice little bookcase ..just one thing...the small cam type disc that u turn to tighten...are cheap. Ive put probably 50 of these different things that use this connector and these were the worse. When u turn them they should get tight and lock in place..these dont . I usually use wood glue on all joints and dowels so its more sturdy..but with this one..i strongly reccomend glue . I dont think the way the cam disc tighten they will hold long. Keep in mind..i glued all joints and after it was done it was very sturdy ... show more

A good looking bookcase for a kids room. Had to drill in some independent holes as it did not line up (an unfortunate reality in a mass produced product). However this was only on one shelf and does not impact the integrity of the bookcase. Overall very pleased.

I purchased this bookshelf to hold some of our “in play” games. I was really excited by the quality of the wood and that the colors matched the picture. It is really heavy. It took me about an hour and a half to put it together by myself. The instructions are weird and caused me to pause a few times to really analyze what I was doing, but they are overall easy to understand. The instructions do not tell you which is the front vs. back of the individual pieces. It had me put the legs on first, which I thought was strange, but is actually super helpful in how you assemble the rest of it. I had to take it apart twice because I assembled two of the shelves backwards as some of the pieces were missing the stickers with the numbers to identify where they went. Would probably have been easier with a second person and you definitely need two people to move it. Overall, well worth the cost! ... show more

It was difficult to put together-took me about 30 minutes of just staring at the paper to figure it out- but if you follow the photos in the directions it was easy to get the hang of. This is a beautiful little shelving I purchased it for my granddaughter’s room . The color is a beautiful deep dark grayish color the back is a pretty light gray so then the Drawer’s. It is a very pretty contrast. It was easy to put together instructions are clear to read if you follow the steps it took me about a hour alone. The only reason I give it only three Stars is because it could off been more sturdy it is quite flimsy . If it be used on a daily base i would not put it in my granddaughter’s room , I be afraid it’s collapsing if she pulls to hard . But otherwise cute little shelf . ... show more
