I waited a few months to leave this review since it's a product that I've been wanting to try for awhile now. In home LED products are very popular now but I do feel that some are far better than others. I don't have a lot of experience with light therapy products and have never been to a professional. My only experience and therefore basis for comparison is to the mask sold by the company starting w/ an "O." I've had and been using that mask for over 6 months. This product is obviously not a mask, but since both offer in-home LED light therapy benefits, I will focus this review around that mask. 1. Ease of use - I find that the O mask is far easier to use. You simply strap it on your face for 10 minutes per session and that's it. While using I can watch TV, use my phone, read or whatever. It's totally portable as well. This products is not as easy to use because you have to lay under it, and it's rather heavy to get out and set up. You can't do anything else while under this gadget but rest, which isn't a bad thing, but I prefer to being doing other things during my treatments when given the choice. The O mask requires one push of a button to turn on and auto shuts off after 10 min. Easy peasy. With this gadget, you have to power on using the panel, set your timer, set your light preference, then jiggle yourself under the gadget to use. One benefit that I like is that I can treat both my face & neck in one session with this gadget. With the O mask, I treat my face & then place the mask on my neck for 10 min each, thereby taking about the same amount of time that it takes with the gadget to treat both areas. Winner: O mask 2. Time per session - The O mask requires 10 min of use per session and recommended 5 days a week, which is great. This gadget recommends only 2 days/week use and up to 30 min per session. Is it due to stronger lights? Not sure. I didn't research the techy specs, but I find that the 10 min/session over 5 days a week is more manageable for my schedule since 10 min goes so fast. Odd is that the timer on the gadget only goes up to 20 min, but 30-min sessions are recommended. Huh? Not a deal breaker because I just use my phone timer, but thought I'd mention it. Winner: O mask 3. Lights - The O mask only offers one light: red, while this gadget offers red, blue, green & yellow. It also offers blended lights of purple and orange. Each light is supposed to target different skin issues. I do like this feature and the fact that you can cycle through all the lights in one session or pick a combo of lights depending on your skin needs. I do wish my O mask had more than just the one red light. Winner: Gadget 4. Storage - This gadget is BULKY!. Fortunately it does fold in the middle, which definitely helps, but I can see many people not having the storage space for this gigantic gadget. I keep mine in the master closet, but had to make ample room for it to do so. The O mask is flat, very small and takes up minimal room. It fits into my bathroom vanity drawer nicely when not in use. Winner: O mask 5. Cleaning - Since the O mask sits directly on your face, I wipe it off w/ a damp cloth after every use. The gadget does not touch your skin at all, so a quick wipe maybe one a month just to get any dust off is really all you need to keep the gadget like new. Winner: Gadget 6. Results - This is not a fair one for me to assess because I've used the O mask for 6 months but the gadget for only 3, but I must say I do notice results with both. My skin does seem firmer and dark spots have been kept at bay. I will continue to use the gadget twice a week as directed to see if my results improve. Winner: Tie Overall, I enjoy using the O mask more since it's just simply easier for me. This is what it boils down to. If you're not using the product it won't work. I find that I do not look forward to hauling this gadget out and getting it set up, even though it's only twice a week. The gadget is nearly half the price of the O mask; however, so that's a factor, but given the choice, I think I would repurchase the O mask over this gadget. Having said that, if you're on the fence but want to try an at-home LED device, this is a good option to consider among others I've seen.

Some things to consider. The instructions provided were not as clear as I had hoped, making the initial setup a bit confusing. I also found the light controls to be somewhat puzzling, especially initially. Having the on and off button located on the top of the device made it inconvenient to access while in use. Another thing to note is that the intensity of the light is not adjustable, which may be a drawback for some users seeking adjustable settings. This also does not specify whether it is FDA cleared, which could be a concern for those prioritizing regulatory compliance as well. The device itself is quite sturdy and functions, though do take into account the points mentioned above. Edit: I really appreciate the seller reaching out after seeing my concerns. Customer service is great.

This is a sturdy unit that has a lot of features I like. However, it also raises concerns. It starts with the box it comes in. The box says Calcium-H-Supplement. That seems really odd to me. No branding etc. The unit is open so you can place it on a variety of body parts. I like that and much prefer it to LED masks which are often awkward - not to mention creepy. But you have to program it before use so it’s difficult to change colors etc. It should have a remote. For some reason it also has a 30 minute timer though the instructions say to only use for 20 minutes at a time. But what bothers me the most is the discrepancy between the wavelengths given in the product description and the manual. This is sloppy and leads me to question the safety of the product as a whole. I have had skin issues and I like the idea of using light therapy to correct fine lines, dark spots etc. But I don’t trust this unit due to the discrepancies given in the information. I don’t want to risk using the lights when it’s unclear what wavelength they are. That’s not safe. And that’s too bad because it has so much potential. I really wish I felt more comfortable using it.
