I got this to wear for a Dia de Los Muertos outfit and it's perfect! I wear a size 18W and the XXL black dress fit me perfectly. The material is heavy, which I actually liked because it doesn't cling to every lump and bump on my body; it's quite flattering. The off-shoulder design is also flattering and looks beautiful. My only qualm is that the lace "sleeves" are too long. The dress is comfortable to wear, lined on the inside to mid-thigh and a deep, true black. I'm 5'6" and it hits right at my ankles. The lace is also quite soft, which feels nice on my skin. I wouldn't say the black one is fitting for a bridesmaids dress but it's perfect for a gothic event or photoshoot. So lovely and feminine on the body. Long enough for an almost 6 foot Amazon, but easily hemmed for shorter people. The fabric is a soft knit with enough cotton for breathable comfort. The built in underlayer is a nylon which might get hot in deep summer, but fine in 70’s to 80’s. I wore it running errands and had compliments at each stop. I loved it so much, I bought and paid for the white version. My partner was generous in his compliments and did give the thumbs up on getting another. I did not expect to love this dress, but I totally do! I ordered hoping it might work for renewing my vows on our 30th wedding anniversary in March of next year. We plan to do it on the beach in St. Martin, and this dress was giving me beachy vibes when I initially saw the photo. I ordered it not expecting it to fit right, or to be unflattering. Although it's a little long on me, the rest of the dress fits perfectly and looks great. I'm 5'3", so most long dresses are a little long on me. The light beige color is perfect, as I didn't want bright white. The liner underneath the lace hits me just at the knees, which is perfect. I am in love with this dress. I needed something for a fall photo shoot and ordered this with the plan to dye it the color I wanted since I couldn't find exactly what I wanted elsewhere. When it arrived I decided it was too pretty to dye so I'm still searching for another dress! This is truly beautiful and well-made. It gives all the Free People/Anthropologie/Altar'd State vibes that I want at a much lower price. It does run a little bit big, but not so much that I would size down since I like a little bit of room. I am 5'7 and it does come to the floor on me. I am so impressed with the quality... This dress is cute but very long on me. I’m 5‘4“ so it drags on the floor even with 5” heels on. Lovely and comfortable but extremely LONG. Would recommend but keep in mind if you are short, you’ll have to hem it so you don’t have to constantly hold it.

This is a really beautiful dress! I wish I ordered L instead of XL as its very loose and long on me. Even though its a bit large I will definitely get some wear out of it. It Drapes beautifully, and the off the shoulder sleeves really stay in place. The material is a silky/lacy type material that is very lightweight but of very good quality. The bottom of the dress with the sheer open section really adds a fancy/delicate look to the dress. Well worth the money ! ... show more
