The media could not be loaded. Reduce drafts, sounds, and smells with this easy-to-apply product! I have added them to just about every interior door in our home. This time I added it to a French door that kept opening by itself. The door draft stopper creates some friction, keeping the door in place where I want it. It’s easy to measure, cut, and apply. I clean the application site with rubbing alcohol, then once dry use the provided promoter which smells a bit like kerosene. Then peel off a little of the adhesive cover, press it firmly to one end of the door at the height you want, remove the rest of the tape, and carefully press it into place. You only have one chance to get it right, as the adhesive is very strong. I have had these on my doors for years, and they are not showing any signs of letting go, despite repeated opening and closing while the bottom of the stopper drags lightly on the floor. The door I recently applied this to is adjacent to the kitchen and laundry. It drastically dampens sounds and smells in either direction. It also helps retain heat in colder months. I highly recommend these door draft stoppers for every room in the house where the door sits too high above the floor. Great for privacy and efficiency!

Got this at a great deal price for draft (I have a wobbly door) and an insect problem. Not only did I have enough for my door for the inside but also the outside so I can seal part of how the draft gets in. I’m curious if I could also seal the door horizontally. Set up was easy. There’s no excuse to get it wrong they tell you everything you need to do. And provide what you need. I recommend for something temporary. Oh yes and adhesive is very strong. I was able to trial some fittings before sealing. Will update if anything goes wrong.

This was simple to install on my door. I live in a building where the under door has a little bit of open space, which bothered me. Then I found this thick protector which protects my apartment from unwanted dirt/ things from the hallway. The seal works amazing because I put it on a little to low and it hits whenever I open the door and is still STICKING. It works great and is exactly as advertised. I don't feel the draft under from the hallway so it def does give the insulating effect in my situation.

The product looks exactly like the photo and it does help keep bugs from creeping in, which is what I mainly needed it for. It was super easy to install, so I’ll give it points for that. However, the end piece doesn’t stay in place — I find myself reapplying it almost every day, which is frustrating. It also doesn’t block out any noise like the listing suggests. If you’re buying this for bug protection, it works okay. But if you need it for noise or a strong long-term seal, I’d suggest looking for something a bit more durable.
