In opening the plastic bag that this came shipped in, I pulled out the storage bag and fully unfolded it. It’s 65 inches long, 20 inches wide and 25 inches tall. This is large enough to accommodate Christmas trees up to nine feet tall. It has two large carrying handles in the middle so I can lift it with my hands. It has one handle on the end of each bag so I can drag it across a surface if I have to as well. The handles are stitched into the fabric of the bag and look like they are reinforced appropriately to make sure that they will not come apart easily. The zippers look sturdy and are easy to repeatedly pull closed and open. They are stitched directly into the fabric of the storage bag. When I opened the zipper to its fullest length and pulled the top of the bag apart, it was 52 inches at its widest point. This looked like it would be able to accommodate my Christmas tree. I have a Christmas tree that is wide on the bottom and about 6.5 feet tall. It breaks down into three sections, the bottom, the middle, and then the smaller top of the tree. This also includes the metal stand that comes with it. To store it, I had to use two smaller Rubbermaid Christmas tree bags made of durable plastic. After using those for years, the zipper on one of them has ripped some and makes it hard to zipper it closed as a result. With this bag, I can now store the entire tree in this one larger bag and not have to squeeze the tree branches to make it fit inside it. It fits easily into it and was able to zip it shut without any problems or tearing. Overall, this is a terrific and sturdy Christmas tree storage bag that I look forward to using for years to come.

Roomy bag for Christmas tree storage. Seems sturdy and durable. Our tree is stored in a basement so I like that the bag is made of waterproof material. It will also keep out spiders and other critters that might find the tree branches appealing. Zipper pulls smooth and opens wide to stuff the tree in. So long as the zipper stays working like it is, should get many seasons out of this storage bag which makes it worth the cost.

I like how long the bag is. It seemed overkill at first, especially for the length of our 7.5-foot tree's sections, but the sections can be stacked in a way so the thickest parts aren't overlapping and then it's pretty easy to close it. Our relatively full tree fits and I can nestle our two (somewhat thin) 3-ft porch trees in with it. It definitely looks like it can handle a 9 foot tree. The tree's base fits as well, if I fold the arms in. The canvas isn't heavy duty, but it's lined and of a sufficient strength for the job. The stitching overall is good: the seams are straight, there weren't any loose areas, and the straps are reinforced. I like the end strap too. The bag was catching on the rougher wood surface in our attic when slid, but I put a flattened cardboard box under it. The zipper is average, which I'm fine with; I only plant to use it twice a year. I didn't have any trouble with it catching. I like the label option, though I don't need to use it at this time. The bag only has a slight plastic-y smell on opening, which dissipates.

This “Christmas Tree Storage Bag, Heavy Duty, Up to 9ft Tall Tree, Waterproof, Durable Handles, Zipper,” from the Holiday Cheer brand, is made from a very strong-feeling canvas in a vivid red. It is big! Way big enough for an artificial tree, and maybe extra room to store some boxes of decorations and a wreath (in my case, at least)! I detected no smell at all when I opened the package. Take note of a few things. The listing title says “waterproof,” while in the photo series, it says ”water resistant.” In case it seems from the photos there might be some kind of framing inside to square the ends, there is none. Personally, I think the zippers are perfectly adequate, but they seem to be about the same size across as an outdoor jacket would have, so not particularly big and sturdy. The entire bag, zippers included, is sewn perfectly in place with no snags, gaps, or loose threads. I have no complaints at this point. The bag I ordered is for up to a 9 ft tree, when mine is just 7 ft, leaving lots of extra room. At under 28 usd, this item is good value for money for it’s likely to last for many years under normal circumstances. I highly recommend it!

Okay I am a little embarrassed to admit that our Christmas tree box has been through the ringer. Like it has been tapped nearly everywhere. Finally I decided it was time to say goodbye to the old box and get a tree bag. And man am I glad I did. This tree Bag is perfect for our Christmas tree. I was a little hesitant whether it would even fit my Christmas tree or not, but it did. Though our tree isn't very big I believe its 6ft. I am so happy that I no longer have to sit on the box, while trying to tape it all up to keep the tree from popping out. This fit so well into the bag that I just put it all in, didn't even have to sit and try to manipulate the bag or anything. Everything went in and Zip one easy motion. Everything was in and contained. LOVED that! Amazing. Now Our Christmas tree can finally settle for 11/ out of the 12 months in a happy not beat up home.

I am absolutely blown away. I have purchased so so many different Christmas tree bags and absolutely none of them have fit my tree. My tree is 7.5 feet tall and really thick and wide which makes it really hard to fit all the pieces into a bag. The base was so big it didn’t fit in a large plastic storage tote by itself. However, with this bag the whole tree fit easily! I got the 9 ft tree bag and it fit like a glove! The bag is sturdy and seemed well made! I am so glad I got this. I was worried my tree would never get a bag to fit it properly outside of a stand up bag.
