Disappointed with finish

Updated review. Seller did reach out and offer refund. They were responsive and quick to resolve our concerns. Original review. Product was packaged well and put together is nice and sturdy. Overall appears as pictured. Our piece does have a questionable crack. In addition, 1 day after delivery the wood is flaking. You can tell a clear coat or something was not correctly applied or was a cheap product. I am torn on returning or busting out my sander and trying to fix… disappointed

UPDATE...this company went beyond making sure they stood behind their product.... my 1st table had an issue with the finish....they went beyond normal fixing the problem,,,, I wish more companies would take a lesson from them... I if I need another table for whatever reason,will purchase from them.

Perfect end table! Gorgeous!

The media could not be loaded. So my original table arrived damaged. The live wood top was very cracked, it wasn't a "natural" wood crack....damage from shipping. I requested an exchange and my second table arrived in perfect condition. You will need a drill to install the Phillips head screws! Initially, I tried with a regular screwdriver and it was impossible. So the drill took like two seconds to assemble the legs on. I really like this and it's a beautiful addition to any room!

nice table, but not 17.5"

I like this table. It looks nice. However, the description is wrong. This table (and I bought 2 of them) is not even 14.5" tall. It is more than 3 inches shorter than the description. I'm keeping both of them b/c they are nice.... but I'm angry and hurt deep inside that you lied to me.
