I gave this 4 stars because it was $90 and my expectations were low, based on its reviews. Let's start with the packaging. The box looked as if it had been damaged and re-taped. I'll assume that's on the vendor because UPS has delivered 100's of boxes to me without damage. As several others complained about, the tiniest styrofoam pieces were everywhere and so there was a mess to clean up, no matter how carefully I tried to contain them. The package arrived late in the day so I spent that evening just doing an inventory of all parts and hardware. The hardware packages were well marked but of the 23 actual parts of the cart, 16 were correctly labeled, 6 were missing any label, forcing me to measure and guess what parts they were and finally, one piece was labeled wrong. The instructions were fairly well done for about 80% of the assembly but the rest required deeper thought, wondering what was meant. Many others noted that not all holes lined up. I did not have that problem as I thought everything aligned very well with the exception of the drawer. In addition, there were no pre-drilled holes for the drawer slides to attached to the drawer. I had to drill them. Because of the slide itself, drilling was straight forward. The issue is the slide needed to be about 3/8' closer to the drawer front but I had it as close as is could go. This caused the drawer to stick out from the cart about 3/8". Not good, but unavoidable given the slides provided. I am pretty handy and have done many of these things over the years but this was no 70 minute assembly as claimed in the instructions and there is ZERO chance anyone could hit that mark. Assembly took me 3hrs 45 minutes. I was methodical, but also had to decipher some of the screwy instructions. I also spent 45 minutes the night before doing a complete inventory of all parts and hardware so overall I put in about 4.5 hours, from unpacking to completed product. I was doing this for a widowed woman so I'll deliver it soon. She would have no, nada, zippo, nyet chance of assembling this cart but you get what you pay for and this cart is worth the $90.

Once again i figured the recent reviews were not quite accurate, how hard could it be to put this little cart together? Well, it's ridiculous. The parts were labeled but i couldn't believe how many parts were needed for this. The instructions are horrible. Took way longer than it should and have to rework steps a few times. Holes they call out aren't there, some blemishes on the wood, and like others said the screws supplied for the handles go through to the other side...wtf? Those handles btw aren't even metal, it's like cheap plastic. I guess for the price it isn't bad, but if i hadn't taken it all apart and put off the box i would have returned it. Should have believed all the reviews and bought something else.

I loved the ideal of this, but instructions were hard to compare to the items and what directions to set them, I had to go back and forth so many times. Then on top of that the screws they instructed to use for the door handles ended up poking out the front of the door so now I see the end of a crew poking out, very dangerous especially I have a daughter. Love the concept of it but very difficult. I spent several hours and I’m a handyman.

Ok. Small chips in spots, but I can live with that. That being said. . Pieces missing. Holes not lining up. Having to drill. No hole in back for microwave cord. The stated time to assemble, by the time you have to fix these issues - double it. Luckily, my significant other is a frmr welder/ carpenter type. Had to cut dowels, and the other above stated. Had I had to do this? I could not have... For the price? It depends on if all this extra is worth it, and if you are proficient in making things work and brainstorming. He is. I'm not. Once he got it finushed- I do like it. It's the right size for me. For less than $60 USD- we made it work. Read the reviews, and consider. Not just this one- all of them..

The instructions stated it would take about 70 minutes to assemble this. Figure an extra hour to an hour and a half to put it together. The packaging became very messy coming out if the box due to the styrofoam. Be ready to clean when you are done as styrofoam WILL spread over your work area!

It takes time more than 3 hrs to assembly, and there is missing parts- one long screw for connection between upper and lower part- Even long screw missing, we can set up but stiffness is much less-
