For a 60 yr old gal with double knee replacements (hard time getting off the floor once down) and arthritis, it took me about 3.5 hours to assemble. The box came banged up and therefore a corner of the bottom side piece had a dime sized ding but for me, not worth sending back (I am not a picky person). Also a couple scratches I just used a black permanent marker to cover, again, for me, no biggy. If you are a picky person that likes expensive quality stuff, you won't like this. It's heavy particle board so do not over tighten the screws. The back is literally like wood patterned cardboard (pic of box shows broken pieces but no clue where they came from as the back was not broken at all) I'm using it for a temporary pantry (along side a 10 cu ft smaller fridge) and it seems quite sturdy. The instructions were kind of self explanatory but you gotta use a bit of common sense to make sure the 'finished' fronts all face the right direction as directions do not show which direction the pieces face and some of the holes were not exactly prominent. I bought this cabinet to hold my yarn and crochet supplies. The doors a magnetic, not super strong magnet but it stays closed. If something on the inside of the cabinet is slightly pushing on the cabinet door it will open because it's a weak magnet keep it closed.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had a smaller one with 3 small cabinet doors I loved it so I got the bigger one it’s perfect for the price it’s easy to put together and sturdy I definitely recommend 10/10. My kitty even approved his new favorite spot to sleep is on top.

Got the notification shipment delivered but was standing at the door and saw guy take package to house across the street. Spoke with him and he said "my wife keeps telling me to take my glasses ". So funny. Now the cabinet. Liked the look, instructions were easy to read. Took maybe 45 minutes to put together. Only issue was there was a chip out of the laminate overlay and the particle wood right at a screw hole. Not a big deal, a little wood putty and I believe it will hold. ... show more

The cabinet is great value for money spent. I’ve had worse products from Walmart that costs way more so let’s start with that. If you’re expecting the sturdiness of a bookshelf that is worth $300-$400, then I suggest you buy something with that price range. For a bookshelf that’s worth $130, this meets all your needs. It’s nice n spacious n sturdy enough for me to store extra clothes. My only issue is that they sent me 1 wrong part, which was the divider that had the holes to put the magnet which is why I couldn’t install the last 2 cabinet doors. I didn’t mind because I can save the doors as extra parts in case the other ones got damaged and it matched another bookshelf I had purchased that also has an opening on the top. I purchased this and being disabled had to hire someone to carry it up to my second floor apartment and assemble it. Once assembled, they showed me all the defects. The wood was peeling and dirty, many of the holes were improperly drilled and it took the professional that I hired over 4 hours to assemble this. I sent an email to customer service with the pictures provided and they kept telling me to send it back. I explained to them that I'm disabled and this thing weighs over 50lbs and is over 5 feet tall and I would have to hire someone to take it out of my apartment and to a shipping center, where I doubt there would be boxes big enough for this. I went back and forth with them 6 times, each time explaining myself over and over again and them continually repeating to return the item. (I did not want a replacement as I didn't trust this company or the quality and didn't want to risk hiring someone to carry it up the stairs AGAIN). Customer service was extremely unhelpful. This is made from the cheapest of cheap materials. you literally touch the edges and the vinyl falls off and the screws are very light and cheaply made. Don't waste your money!!!! ... show more
