It's softer than I like. The insides bunch up a bit and the purse collapses when put down. I put my touch up makeup and comb etc. in a stiff bag inside one of the zip- compartments and it's holding up better. The strap slips off the shoulder a bit too but maybe that's just me. The upsides are.....lots of little pockets! There is a place for everything and most pockets have zippers! When it converts to a backpack it's very comfortable. How many times have I been shopping or out somewhere and my purse starts to feel like it has bricks inside?!! This is the ultimate solution! PLUS IT'S CUTE!

I love the bag ; it’s exactly as described !! I’m very unhappy with the delivery ; it was literally placed out by the curb !!! It was nowhere near the porch !! If I didn’t live at the end of the street ; it would have been stolen by anyone walking down the street !!!

The backpack to shoulder purse transition is fairly easy and I LOVE the convenience of having the backpack option. When in backpack mode, the top main zippers are totally off limits to any sneaky pickpockets who may be behind you. I love this purse. The only problem is that it is really floppy and so the lining keeps getting caught in the zipper and it really difficult to dislodge.

Yes, I've received it & I love it! It is very roomy. I ordered the lavender one & the way the lavender & black blend together is wonderful. It has several pockets or should I say hiding places. The leather is more soft than I ever imagined . I haven't had much chance yet to use it, but I'm really looking forward to it. I lengthened the shoulder straps so I could carry it that way. To tell you the truth, there are a couple of pockets that I'm not using, at least not yet. Knowing me, I will tho. I was so anxious to get it, & sometimes when you are that anxious, you're disappointed . Not this time tho. I highly recommend it.

I am a teacher and it holds all my books and stuff along with my personal things. I also like all the compartments with it and that i can use as a backpack or purse.
