I will say the bag is uglier than I expected, but for the price and what I needed it for, I’ll get use out of it. There are nice pockets and it sits flat while still letting me throw it around. I wish it was darker in color, like how it looks in the shadows. In the light it looks like a dated style

I've been eyeing the Coach Brooklyn in Merlot for the past year but the price in any size is too much for me. I can justify saving for that much money for a bag without a zipper that I would have to be very careful with. This bag has a magnetic closure, a center zipper compartment and interior zip compartment as well two smaller slots for a cell phone, or anything small item. I'm not a big fan of bags with magnetic closures but this bag has two zipper compartments so anything I feel nervous about i put in those places. The bag arrive on time and did not smell. I loved the burgundy color and added pouch is a nice plus. It's light but can hold a good number of items ( a small planner, small wallet or wristlet, cell phone, keys, water bottle, paperback book). Because of the magnetic closure I would suggest putting too much in this bag in fear it might not keep fully closed (but that's what the zippers are for). If you're looking for a vegan hobo bag i definitely recommend trying this one. ... show more

I love this purse! I bring it everywhere with me. It fits my MacBook, iPad, snacks, iPhone, and more, all while keeping everything organized. I was a little worried it would arrive with a weird smell because of some of the other reviews, but thankfully, I never had any issues with that. It’s a wonderful bag, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on it! It definitely helps me get out the door faster than I did when I was using a backpack. The leather is a really nice quality, it’s soft and flexible without feeling cheap or fake. I also love that it doesn’t have that super shiny, obviously faux leather look. Overall, I absolutely love the material and have no concerns about it breaking or falling apart. Okay, WOW. I just received this bag, and I already feel the need to leave a review. First, this bag is BIG... I expected that from the listed measurements, but was pleasantly surprised at how accurate it actually was listed as! Second, it's very spacious inside with the right amount of pockets and compartments. Third, the QUALITY. The way it was shipped was pleasant, not just thrown into a plastic bag. The stitching is great and the 'skin' material isn't dreadfully thin. It actually feels like a solid bag. For $24, obviously don't expect total luxury, but for an affordable bag, I can already tell this suits my needs and will last me for awhile. Buy it! I'm happy with my purchase. :-) ... show more

I loved the bag, but it smelled so bad I couldn't deal with it anymore and had to return it. I let it air out for a day outside, but it still didn't work. I washed it with hand soap, and that didn't work. I gave up.
