Excellent, sturdy & bright LED light bar! It's an awesome addition to my FMS FCX10 K5 Chevy Blazer RC. Scale looks too. I recommend to CA glue in the lenses as they can pop out if you roll over. The light bar is very sturdy and has survived many roll overs. I also like that the wiring is concealed on each light & tied together inside the bar structure so you have only one wire lead to plug in and protect from damage. Seller/manufacturer please take note that it is disappointing that the 5-Lights version seems to have disappeared as an offering because it is a perfect width for 1/10th scale RCs. ... show more

    • Won't do the kit $70+ stuff. I'm a DIY and not perfect but WORK and CHEAP. Just get some wire.
I'd love to throw more $ at my youth rehashed (TRX-4 vs. kiddo days of Tamiya kits) but to me RC was a cancer gift and a toy hobby w/o regrets though. I cannot see paying the price of the great kit they have tied to the ESC and looks cute and all. I wanted lights and didn't have extra spares sitting around. Price was right on these. They are not perfect tight on the crossbar but even with flipping over plenty- they are bright and stay put. I just ran high AWG wire to a battery pack (cause I wanted weight and have tons of batteries) with a switch I use if at night. Plenty bright, basic, work, and good for use those that like to modify. You can run them off your main battery easily also. If it's night- I turn them on. I don't need to overspend on tweaks I do often. ... show more

I didn’t experience the “dim” issue other reviewers mentioned. Even survived a flip and kept on lighting with mud in the lenses (I don’t recommend using it this way). Looked great.

Great lights for my 1/10ish scale truck. Make sure the polarity is correct or they are dim. They will work both ways so if they are dim swap the polarity plug in and you will be happy!

It’s made really strong but the lights have glass rather than plastic and one crash is all it took to lose all the clear lens pieces but they still work and have held together very well none of the lights have come off like I said only the lens’s came off after a hard crash on the RC truck
