Product seems high quality. The main reason for leaving this is to alert potential buys that if the gloves are the wrong size, you will pay the shipping costs to return them. I will just go to the ski shop and get gloves I know fit vs spending money on shipping. I figured they understood sometimes sizing charts don't always give accurate results and would account for free returns in their business process.     • Beware of Return Policy & Hefty Fees!

While the gloves appeared to be excellent quality and the shipment arrived in a timely manner, they were slightly too small for my wife. She typically wears a medium glove, but we decided to return them so we could try a large. I submitted the request for the return and sent the gloves back to the seller. At that time, there was no notification of a restocking fee or return shipping fee. It wasn’t until after the seller received the shipment that I was informed I’d receive a refund LESS a 20% restocking fee PLUS the return shipping fee PLUS the original shipping fee, which amounted to 32% of the product cost! I would have never purchased from this seller if their policy was clearly posted within the product listing. Also, had I been notified at the time of the return request that I’d be expected to pay all these fees, I wouldn’t have returned them either. After reaching out to the seller, I was told the policy is the policy and I would not be refunded these fees. My family has decades of water skiing experience slalom, trick, board, etc. And have owned many types of glove styles and materials. This product has material which will case cuts and blisters. It is not safe. Better wearing no gloves than this product.

The gloves are of high quality. Sizes run a little small. Ordered a medium, which is usually the correct size. Should have gone up a size.
