These are really nice cups, and it's clear that they're well constructed. There appears however, to be confusion regarding whether these cups are dishwasher-safe. I have included a photo of the Amazon listing that shows that they are, and a photo of a cardboard insert that came with the cups that say they're not. I think these mugs are excellent in almost every conceivable way. They're affordable, they look great, and they're surprisingly sturdy (by which I mean I used an AeroPress on them and they didn't explode.) The packaging they came in was also incredible; unfortunatley I threw it out before taking a picture, but it came with incredibly thick foam that held them almost too snugly, in that it was a bit tough to get them out. I imagine if they break during shipping, your delivery driver forgot that packages go inside the van, not under them. There are only two complaints I can possibly make; one is that the lip of the mug takes a little getting used to. Because of the way the interior swoops into the mug, instead of the usual "straight down", the lip feels a little wider/bigger, and is just a bit of a strange sensation. Secondly is that the handles are slightly flattened, so that may also feel rather odd to some. Both these things are to me not worth docking stars over, but are worthy of note. Overall I think these are just excellent, and would recommend them to anyone looking to add a little more class to their daily grind (which I didn't mean to sound like a coffee pun, but I'll leave it up to you.)

Well-made BOROSILICATE glass cups. They are slightly thinner and lighter weight than another set I own of the same size and I actually like it because they fit on a shelf by my espresso machine better. They seem delicate but they're quite sturdy. Perfect for an espresso, cappuccino or smaller cup of tea. And the glass allows for a lovely display of whatever beverage I am serving and keeps those beverages warm a bit longer. There is a slightly more pronounced glass manufacturing mold marks on the underneath (see pics). But it's a minor thing and doesn't affect the glass. These are hand wash only. This is true of all double-walled borosilicate. They're easy to clean so I don't mind. worth it for how pretty they are and that they keep beverages warmer, longer. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a larger volume insulated cup that could hold a double-coffee [from my Philips 4300 automatic espresso machine — approx. 200 milliliters ] and these were perfect! The size is just right, and the quality is on-par with my smaller Bodums. They keep my coffee hot and still show the frothy top I’ve come to expect from my 4300 :) I will say there are a couple of minor imperfections (on each glass cup) that feel like a raised particle of glass… so I do feel the need to try and pick it off, but it’s embedded in the outer wall and likely can’t be removed or ground-down without damaging/breaking the cup. I can still live with the imperfection considering the cost of these vs. Bodums, though!

These glasses are a nice pair for a little morning latte or tea! The first thing I noticed was that they are surprisingly lightweight and delicate - although they look like thick glass at first glance, they are completely hollow for insulation. The insulation is great, although not life-changing by any means - it does a superb job keeping the heat from leaving through the sides, but most of the heat will still be lost from the top anyway. The insulation is great for keeping you from being burned and reducing condensation from cold drinks, though. I don't know that this will replace a good hefty ceramic mug for everyday coffee drinking for me, but it's lovely for a treat.

These double-walled glass coffee mugs are cute and delicate. They do a good job of keeping my cold beverages cold for a while. Surprisingly, they feel very light and fragile, unlike what I expected from glass mugs. So, I handle them with caution and care, especially when washing, as glass can break. The glass is clear, and they were packaged really well. Can't complain for the price!

I prefer glass for drinking tea and coffee over any other material so these mugs are perfect, and surprisingly light. The insulation is very good leaving the outside surface cool to the touch (no burnt lips) and double walled glass makes it look like your coffee is suspended in air. They are very attractive, and like all mugs of this type care should be taken to not break them. Washing by hand is highly recommended as is being very careful, or avoiding, stirring inside the mug.

The media could not be loaded. I really like the quality of the glassware in terms of clarity. The pair is very uniform so their process for blowing these must be dialed in. They are light compared to ceramic mugs but seems to retain heat a little better. It's very nice to hold by the handle, but it also fits nice in my large size hand for when I'm just sitting on the couch with a latte in hand. When I palm it , i don't get burned, it's only warm on the outer wall. You do have to learn how to sip from these as I experienced a drip running down the side of the glass as I lifted my lower lip from the glass, there is some fluid left on the rounded edge of the glass because it's a little thicker and more rounded edge than a traditional glass. This fluid then drips down the side. It could just be me, but I am adjusting to the nature of the glass blown double walled coffee mugs.
