This dresser is in my opinion a good quality for the price. The materials & hardware used are sturdy and well made. My experience was great regardless of having received 1 of the drawers with an incorrect side panel. I contacted customer service & a few hours later I received a response. Once they identified the item that needed replacement from my messages & pictures provided, they immediately shipped it & withing 8 business days it arrived to my door step. I finished assembling the last drawer today & am very satisfied with my purchase. I did not feel the need to deduct a star because of the deffective items since their customer service was superb.
