I had purchased a different tumbler press before getting this one. I just kept getting errors and alarms with it. So I returned it and got this one. Every tumbler and cup I have sublimated using this has turned out great. I checked the temperature with an Infrared Thermometer and it's pretty dang close to what it's set for. The media could not be loaded. I love this seriously if make tumblers this thing is perfect for it. I do 360 for 60 seconds and my tumblers come out amazing I was using a air fryer took me 6 minutes each this cuts down your majorly and the ink is bright and colorful.

The smell is so bad that it irritates my throat. I unfortunately can not return it as the 30 days have passed. The smell stinks up my entire room. I hope the seller reads this and can contact me.

This machine makes great tumblers and is easy to use. The only complaint I have is it has a really bad odor when on.

I had this for about a month and a half and it got a weird air bubble in it. The company actually responded quickly and sent replacement parts!!!! I could not be happier because I love the press and the color!!!! Would buy again and recommend this one. Purchased in May and today September 28th.
