First and foremost, the product came damaged (serious dents on the main body) and missing the main attachment. Nothing was wrapped up properly and the box was damaged slightly with no seals or stickers or anything. Assumed to be refurbished, which is gross. After sanitizing everything and plugging in/powering on, product showed signs of motor burnout immediately. The plug that seats attachments was damaged (bent out of shape) and the motor had almost no power behind it. Lots of speed when at rest, but even the slightest pressure on the tip caused it to just stop moving altogether. I figured that once actually inserted, it would release that pressure and operate normally. This was not the case. On first use, the device was unwieldy and bulky, hard to position with only one pair of hands. When a suitable position was found, it was impossible to keep in place due to the suction cups not actually attaching to my floor. This is an issue I've had in the past, so I attached it to a large piece of lacquered wood with zipties, which I stood on to hold in place. Insertion was pretty easy, but once I turned the dial... Nothing happened. I turned it up slightly and it started jerking regularly, but not thrusting. I turned it off, removed it from myself, and turned it on again. No issues. Went all the way up and even had the sensual slow speed I was looking for. Once again, inserted, turned it up a bit more, and it just kept jolting in place with no actual movement. I readjusted myself while it was at around 50% power and it VIOLENTLY moved, as if pressure behind the motor had been released. The sudden movement made me move away, which resulting in the attachment removing itself from me and thrusting extremely hard into my sensitive parts. Immediately powered off, unplugged, sanitized, and returned to box. This device is not only unfriendly to solo users, but also appears to be EXTREMELY unfriendly to male users. Possible "refurbished product sold as new" situation notwithstanding. Look for self-stimulation elsewhere, fellas; this one ain't it. ... show more

The motor only seems to work when it wants to. I can't return it because I've used it, that would be uncouth, not to mention un sanitary, and wrong no matter how clean I keep it.

The other reviews saying the suction cups are worthless are sort of right. The base has little feet on it to keep it from sitting flush on the surface it’s on, which do make the suction cups totally useless. You can remove the feet, and they definitely do their job once removed

We only used it 3 times & it no longer works. The first time we used it the device would stop working every once in a while I thought it was because of the pressure sensor in the device and that the shaft was at a bad angle. Before using it the second time we read the instructions again. Same issue but only worst, the shaft would stop going in/out and you would need to move it with your hand to start it. Sometimes that worked for a few strokes and than it would stop again. We also noticed the device would no longer work on the high setting. After a while we just gave up. After doing some more research online we can across a user with the same issues. He said to use lots of lube. We tried the unit again & used tons of lube but it did not make any difference. The unit stopped functioning when any presser was put on it. All speeds stopped working & it started making grinding noises. We purchased this unit as an entry level unit & it looked to be better quality than some of those plastic pink or black things in the same price range. Boy where we wrong. Do not buy. ... show more

I never leave reviews unless it's a fair warning to others. The thing broke after the first use. And it says no refund or returns. So I contacted Amazon support and to my surprise they issued me a full refund back.... But for me being the handy person that I am I decided to take it apart. When it first broke I could tell it sounded like the metal pole fell out from making it rotate. Then taking it apart to my surprise they COMPLETELY SEALED IT SHUT!😂 So I had to cut it open to get inside with a saw. The motor itself would only work (occasionally) when you tap it, and it was very loud. Not even worth keeping! 100% Cheap China Junk it seems! So I cut the wires leading to the motor and kept the ON/OFF Switch, and kept the platform that it comes on because it's cool looking LoL! But the machine itself went right into the trash! P.S Amazon was real quick to issue a refund like there was a lot of compliments already. Just a heads up! ... show more
