I have never been more impressed by an essential oils retailer and I have purchased from MANY different brands over the years!! The packaging alone shows that they care to give the customer a worthwhile experience! Everything came in tact and I didn’t even pay attention to the fact that it comes with a free travel sized bottle so that was an happy unexpected bonus; and the measurements on the included dropper are a wonderful added touch I’ve never seen from any other company that provides droppers! And then don’t get me started on the little instruction pamphlet that has useful information as well as some great oil blends to try for various purposes!! Package busted open on the peppermint oil I purchased and leaked a considerable amount. Annoying that I have to return to replace and not just get a discount since product can still be used as the seal around top is not busted. I don't think it's a manufacturing issue, it's an Amazon packaging/shipping issue since they threw it in a flimsy bag with some other heavy packages. Surprisingly this was the only thing damaged. The scent is soothing enough that my anger is minimal. Lol I've purchased a few oils and they're seriously amazing quality and great pricing. Over the last year or so, this brand has become my go-to for high quality essential oils that come in larger sizes and still have a reasonable price. All of them have been amazing... Except the peppermint. I don't know if this was just a bad bottle or it's something in their distillation process, but there is a distinct solvent/chemical smell to it. None of the others had this. I love it so far I haven’t used it but it smells like sweet vanilla and a hint of like cotton candy or something like that I was influenced by the TikTok girlies and bought this and the Eos vanilla cashmere and the eos smells like vanilla cake batter and this smells like a vanilla cotton candy to me so I would recommend my mom says she smells vanilla, musk, and sandalwood she a nose for scents so I’d believe her before me but we both like the scent ... show more

I’m giving this a five star rating because it smells so fantastic, but do not confuse this for ingestible cinnamon. I used my mouth to get the lid off and got it on my fingers and my face and it burned like mad. I scrubbed my face with dish soap in order to stop the burning. But this is the real deal for cleaning or aromatherapy I love the authentic fragrance. Obviously, I’m a human I’m not AI nor a paid reviewer just giving people a heads up.
