They seemed to stand behind their products and seem to want to make things right! Wow, that is impressive! I am updating my 1=star review to a 4 star for now based on what appears to be a good company working to stand behind thier product. I will await the company's response.... These aren’t super high quality but they work. The clamps aren’t the strongest and the inserts for resizing aren’t the best but it’ll work. I cut mine down to half the with with a pipe cutter and reused the end caps. It’s holding two 12v led headlamps. Been just fine for that purpose no movement mounted to my carbon handle bars.

I just don't know why you can take the battery out but can't charge it. You have to put it back in to the tube to charge it so you have to run a extension cord out to your bike and plug it in not to good. Not happy with product

The crossmember bar is NOT the same diameter as a bicycle handlebars and and way to small to mount any accessories designed to fit regular bicycle handlebars! I had this for several months when I began refitting my bicycle with new eBike that takes all of the mounted things including the giant front basket mounts so I purchased this to extend the handlebar room so I cannot mount more accessories! Even the rubber bushings aren't thick enough to grip regular handlebars. Be sure of the Diameter of your handlebars before you order this... I have never gave a two star rating

Great value and works well. Sturdy enough to hold even on a gravel road with many bumps. Relatively easy to install with the supplied rings but a little awkward on the type of handlebars my ebike has, but I got it on. It's a good width too. I'm happy with it.
