I wish this was a little longer so that it would fully cover my Honda mower. As it currently is, it doesn't quite reach down to the front, so where I can use the drawstring. So I have to place a piece of wood on top to keep it from blowing away in the wind. But the fabric seems to be holding up nicely. For the cost, it performs its basic function well. But it's really thin..so I asked if it actually was rainproof and people are saying it is. I live in Southern Indiana, in the city, and for some reason it's windy here...so I used a lashing strap around and under the mower which was really quick and easy to do and that held the cover perfectly. One end of the cover slides over the handle and there's a cinch string at the bottom. The fabric is not thick at all, so because my mower is electric, I msg'd the seller and this is their reply which says the cover will work for light rain: "Thank you for your interest in our cover! Yes, our cover is waterproof and can effectively protect your vehicle from light to moderate rain. However, we do not recommend using it during heavy rain or prolonged exposure to downpours. This is because rainwater often contains slight acidity and pollutants, which, over time, may affect the material's durability and reduce the product's lifespan. For the best performance, we suggest using the cover primarily for daily protection against dust, sunlight, and light rain, and removing it during extreme weather conditions. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask—we're happy to help! Best regards" ... show more
