One of my cats has serious intestinal issues. It was important to give her quality food and almost everything on the market uses grains and fillers for the first few ingredients. I prefer not to feed my carnivores on an herbivore diet plus she would vomit after eating. The Hill's Science Diet is a quality food and so I started with the sensitive stomach formula and she would still vomit. After checking the ingredients I saw it also was a lot of grains. I researched further and found the Hill's 7+ formula that I'm now feeding exclusively and she's slowed her vomiting to occasionally. I know she's now feeling better, digesting her food, have proper bowel movements and is happy healthy and thriving! Science Diet cat food has never let me down until this food. My cats usually eat the urinary/hairball control food. They can't get enough. But both of them are considered seniors and I thought they needed food that would give them what they need. That may be true, but they refused to eat it. They hated it. I switched my cats back to Science diet after trying many other products. The cats I previously had lived 16 to 18 years on this brand so I really trust them. My bigger cat has no problem with these kibbles but the kibbles are too big for my smaller cat. She eats the food but doesn't seem to enjoy it much. My 15 year old cat started projectile vomiting. I took her to the vet and all tests were fine. We jumped to the conclusion that she developed a allergy to her food. I switched her to this food. Within 2 weeks she was keeping her food down. This food has made my cats quality of life significantly better.
